This role requires professional judgment and accountability for outcomes in critical tasks—ideal for those who continuously improve under clear standards and take ownership of their professional deliverables. 

1.Handle production line abnormalities (CAPA) and customer complaints, including confirmation of quality reports and implementation of corrective actions. 

2.Analyze key customer quality data and provide continuous improvement reports. 

3.Promote automation in QC processes. 

4.Process monthly attendance and prepare related reports. 

5.Provide wage and working hour data for audits and complete CSR/customer questionnaires. 

6.Offer payroll and attendance consultation services. 

7.Conduct HRM system testing and revise work instructions related to working hours.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration to support overall operations—best for people who can coordinate within established systems and processes and help ensure operational stability. 

1.Handle general customer complaints and related quality incidents. 

2.Ensure that customer requirements regarding product quality and responses to quality issues are properly implemented. 

3.Participate in customer quality-related meetings, compile relevant data, and follow up on pending items. 

4.Coordinate and communicate with related departments regarding general customer quality requirements and turn-key complaint cases. 

5.Attend internal and external meetings related to customer complaints, and track corrective and preventive actions for complaint cases.

2.具品管相關工作經驗佳，無經驗可。
