主管交辦事項

1・負責處理進出口及保稅作業中發生的異常情況，協調內外部資源以解決問題，確保流程符合法規要求 

Responsible for handling abnormalities in import/export and bonded operations, coordinating internal and external resources to resolve issues, and ensuring processes comply with regulations. 

2・關務系統（如關貿、運籌、關港貿單一窗口等）操作與資料維護 

Operation and data maintenance of customs systems (such as Trade-Van, Toplogis, CPT Single Window). 

3・與報關行協作溝通進度 

Collaborate with customs brokers to communicate progress. 

4・與海關聯繫、應對稽核、文件查核與說明 

Liaise with customs, respond to audits, review documents, and provide explanations. 

5・維護ISO、ESG、AEO、TAPA等相關內部文件與稽核作業 

Maintain internal documents and audit processes related to ISO, ESG, AEO, TAPA. 

6・主管交辦事項及專案支援 

Tasks and project support assigned by supervisors.
