Increase market share in all sales channel: • Develop the program of increasing market share to be the leading position in the industry • Responsible for setting and achieving annual sales goal and margin. • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategy in line with sales target. • Expanding KA and build/maintain good customer relationships. • Frequent communication with HQ for sales achievement status and adjust sales strategy Marketing: • Building strong and leading brand in the industry • In-charge-of marketing activities: local trade show(s), advertisement, brand ambassador, promotion, etc • To cooperate with HQ-marketing function to develop local annul marketing plan and execute to promote company and brand images Customer service: • Cooperate with customer service department to enhance/maintain all service function to meet customer satisfaction.
