[林哲揚博士實驗室] 誠徵分子生物學研究助理

台灣南部生物技術中心的博士後職位將可以研究在根部發育區根分生組織生長因素1（RGF1）肽的功能。成功的候選人將可以參與下列一或數個計劃。 

1. RGF1肽對根發育區活性氧（ROS）調節機制的研究。 

2. 鑒定於阿拉伯芥根中RGF1受體途徑經由ROS後轉譯調控之蛋白質。

＊研究內容 Work content： 

1. 主要進行合成生物學研究與代謝體分析，結合基因體學、轉錄體學、蛋白質體學、及AI輔助，研究植物固碳或增加其生產量的調控分子、代謝途徑、或促進生長素。運用分子生物學技術與生化實驗分析，了解合成途徑或特定分子對植物或藍綠菌的生理及生化影響，進一步提出新法以促進光合效率固碳與增加產量。Studying synthetic biology and metabolomic analyses by combining multi-omics and AI-assisted analysis to explore factors with potential for enhancing plant carbon fixation and productivity. By molecular biology and biochemical experiments, we examine the effects of synthetic pathways and specific molecules on plants and cyanobacteria, contributing to research on improving photosynthetic efficiency and yield. 

2. 實驗室日常工作，包含藥品配製，細菌培養，植物種植管理，採購報帳，安全衛生管理。Routine laboratory work, including reagent preparation, bacterial culture, plant cultivation and management, purchasing and reimbursement, and safety and sanitation management. 

＊應徵資格 Qualifications： 

1) 生物化學、化學、生物資訊、生命科學、農藝等相關系所畢業者。 

Applicants who hold bachelor, master, or Ph.D degree in the field of biological chemistry, bioinformatics, life science, and agriculture are very welcomed. 

2) 對微生物、植物生長發育、生化代謝與分生實驗有興趣或有經驗者。 

Applicants with interest or experience in microbial or plant physiology, biochemistry, metabolism, and molecular biology are encouraged to apply. 

3) 能細心觀察記錄植物生長，執行生化分生實驗，並分析實驗結果者。 

Applicants who can carefully observe and document plant growth, carry out biochemical and molecular biology experiments, and analyze experimental results are very welcomed. 

4) 能執行基因體及轉錄體定序分析、蛋白質體分析，並使用生物統計方法分析實驗數據，協同計畫相關期刊發表者。Applicants who can perform genome and transcriptome sequencing analyses, proteomics analyses, and apply biostatistical methods to analyze experimental data are very welcomed. 

5) 能運用程式語言(例如python, R)或AI tools (ChatGPT, GeminiAI, Claude Code) 進行實驗結果分析或建立模式者。Applicants who are able to use programming languages (e.g., Python, R) or AI tools (ChatGPT, GeminiAI, Claude Code) to analyze experimental results and to provide models are very welcomed. 

6) 未來想在生物科技領域發展者。 

Applicants who are interested in pursuing a future career in the biotechnology field.  

7) 能長期配合實驗室日常工作並處理行政事務者。 

Applicants who is able to provide long-term support for routine laboratory operations and administrative tasks. 

＊待遇 Salary： 

薪資與年終按中研院相關規定。將依其專業資歷與技術能力，於行政規範內彈性敘核薪資。學士級人員自38,388元起；碩士級人員自44,968元起敘薪; 博士級人員薪資從64,711 起聘，依中央研究院及規定，並視經驗調整，表現良好可彈性調薪。 本職缺適用「勞動基準法」，可依經歷調薪或彈性敘薪，享勞健保及1.5月年終獎金。  

可入職時間: 即日起。 

Salary and year-end bonus follow Academia Sinica regulations. Pay is set flexibly based on qualifications/skills: NT$38,388+ (BA), NT$44,968+ (MA), NT$64,711+ (PhD), adjustable by experience and performance. This role is under the Labor Standards Act and includes Labor/National Health Insurance and a 1.5-month year-end bonus.
