[Job Duties] 

1. Technical Communication 

-Demonstrate effective communication skills to gather engineering issues and convey technical information to customers. 

-Present proposals to clients with competence and confidence. 

2. Project Management 

-Construct critical path project schedules and set up milestones to manage potential risks during the development stage. 

-Coordinate with members from different departments to ensure smooth project execution. 

-Disseminate product information across all organizational levels to ensure alignment with objectives. 

-Apply knowledge of basic construction practices and project management techniques. 

-Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to sensitive deadlines. 

-Utilize effective problem-solving skills. 

3. Low Carbon Footprint Material Sourcing and Management 

-Source and manage materials with a focus on reducing carbon footprint. 

4. New Production Equipment Building Plan Management 

-Oversee the planning and implementation of new production equipment.

Effective communication skills. Gather the engineering issue and communicate the technical information with customer present proposals to clients with competence and confidence. 

2. Project Management 

-Ability to construct a critical path project schedule, and setup milestone for the potential risks management in development stage. 

-Coordinate with the members from different departments to ensure project can run properly. 

-Receive the product information and share information at each level of organization to ensure everyone is working towards the same objectives. 

-Knowledge of basic construction practices and project management techniques. 

-Ability to work with sensitive deadlines, and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

1. Design and integrate the process for aluminum products production. 

2. Research the new advanced technologies and survey relative paper for product development. 

3. Review drawing and create CAD model. 

4. Statistical analysis and ability to present/summarize clearly and concisely. 

5. Proficiency in writing and producing technical documentation. 

6. Optimize the process to increase the yield rate. 

7. Design tooling and fixture for the specific product.
