1. 打樣生產進度追蹤：  

確保打樣生產流程按計劃進行，及時解決可能出現的問題。 

2. 文件管理：  

輸入、建檔並彙整相關文件，維持資料的準確性與完整性。 

3. 成本分析與價格評估：  

執行成本計算，進行詢價與比價，確保採購的經濟效益。 

4. 生產排程與跨部門協調：  

制定生產計劃，協調各部門資源，確保生產流程順暢。 

5. 進貨單據核對：  

檢查並確認供應商的進貨帳單，確保資料無誤。 

6. 溝通與團隊合作：  

具備優秀的溝通協調能力，能有效促進團隊合作。 

7. 其他指派任務：  

完成主管交辦的其他相關工作。 

1. Sample Production Progress Monitoring:  

Ensure sample production processes proceed as planned and promptly address any issues that arise. 

2. Documentation Management:  

Input, archive, and compile relevant documents to maintain data accuracy and completeness. 

3. Cost Analysis and Pricing Evaluation:  

Perform cost calculations, conduct inquiries and comparisons to ensure procurement cost-effectiveness. 

4. Production Scheduling and Cross-Department Coordination:  

Develop production plans and coordinate resources across departments to ensure smooth production processes. 

5. Verification of Supplier Invoices:  

Examine and confirm supplier invoices to ensure data accuracy. 

6. Communication and Team Collaboration:  

Possess excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively promote teamwork. 

7. Other Assigned Tasks:  

Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
