平台治理與標準化： 定義跨部門技術平台的運作規範與 SOP，建立一致性的服務水平（SLA）。 

全方位資源調度： 掌管雲地數據平台及AI運算等核心資源，規劃最高可用性的配置策略 。 

安全與合規防線： 制定精準的權限控制政策，實踐資料安全與合規的深度治理 。 

跨域協作與影響力： 扮演技術與業務間的橋樑，整合各單位需求，排除障礙並實現資源最優化分配 。 

數據化管理決策： 建立績效追蹤機制，透過營運數據向高層展現平台運作的價值與成本效益。

AI Scientist Tech Lead 

Role Overview 

We are seeking a highly experienced 

AI Scientist Tech Lead to join our team in Taipei. 

This is a full time, on site position for a senior professional who combines strong 

research capability with hands on engineering expertise. You will lead the exploration and 

development of cutting edge AI technologies , including large language models (LLMs) 

and AI agent systems , to build scalable, enterprise grade AI solutions. 

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross 

functional teams spanning product, 

engineering, and business units to design, prototype, and deploy AI powered 

applications that drive innovation and measurable impact across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. 

Conduct research on frontier AI technologies , including large language 

models (LLMs) LLMs), AI agents , and AI engineering methodologies. 

2. 

Evaluate and benchmark the technological strategies and product offerings 

of leading global AI companies. 

3. 

Define and design the enterprise AI technical framework, architecture and 

development roadmap for the organization. 

4. 

Develop AI prototypes and proof of concept systems to validate new ideas 

and accelerate product innovation. 

5. 

Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate and deploy AI 

solutions within production environments. 

Qualifications 

• 

8+ years of experience in data science, AI, or machine learning , with proven 

project experience or demonstrable work in AI agent development/deployment 

or LLM fine tuning 

• 

Deep understanding of AI agent frameworks , LLM training , and enterprise AI 

architecture design 

• 

Strong research acumen and familiarity with state of the art AI methodologies 

and trends 

• 

Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a 

related field preferred. 

• 

Experience in the financial services industry is a plus. 

• 

Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages. 

• 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work 

effectively across cross functional teams
