【In this position, you will learn to- 】

【Responsibility】 

1. Develop automation test tools/fixtures which can be used to test the software/hardware functions (e.g., Media, Navi, BT, Connected services, and vehicle networks) of all of our automotive products.  

2. Develop test scripts and execute automation test for system validation, as well as improve validation processes and methodologies.  

3. Collaborate closely with Garmin global associates to develop, maintain and enhance automation test tools.  

4. Research the new technology and new testing feature / facility, particularly regarding automation and AI technologies for the automotive products.  

【Minimum Qualifications】 

1. Expertise in one or more of the programming languages C, C++, C#, Python. 

2. Experience with one or more of software, firmware, hardware design for automation test. 

3. Experience with git, gerrit or SVN. 

4. Good English communication skill. 

5. Good teamwork ability. 

【Preferred Qualifications】 

1. Experience with CAN bus/Vector CAPL. 

2. Experience with testing fixtures/equipment control. 

3. Experience with Image processing or audio processing.  

4. Experience in quality assurance for Automotive, AI-related products, or understanding of basic principles and techniques of LLM, NLP, and deep learning, as well as familiarity with common testing metrics.

【工作內容】 

• 依據測試計畫與測試案例（Test Plan / Test Case）執行系統測試 (Apple CarPlay, Google Android Auto, 藍牙, Wi-Fi….等車載系統相關驗證) 

• 執行功能測試、回歸測試、相容性測試與複合性測試 

• 發想測試步驟優化與改善及執行及跨專案驗證. 

• 參與測試週會與開發協作會議，回報測試進度與風險 

• 自動化測試系統的架設，並根據不同情境修改測試腳本 

• 擔任專案Owner，協助工程師進行跨部門問題釐清及溝通. 

• 整合測試結果分享並提出風險並轉化爲驗證的新手法

【About Our Team】 

We are the Hardware Validation Team in the AOEM/EE RD department. Our mission is to enhance product quality and maximize validation efficiency by integrating the latest testing tools and techniques for product validation. We are responsible for developing and executing validation plans and implementing automated measurements to ensure the quality of hardware designs. We collaborate closely with hardware design teams to understand design requirements and provide feedback for design improvements. 

【Objectives】 

1. 共同負責產品的電性設計驗證，與領域專家設計驗證方式，提升產品可靠度 

2. 改善現有的測試軟體或硬體，分析測試需求提供改善建議，設計自動化量測工具或陪測板 

3. 運用示波器、頻譜分析儀等，多項測試設備進行訊號測試與分析 

4. 現地試裝、除錯與量測，參與跨部門或客戶會議 

【Qualifications】 

1. 電子工程、電機工程、軟體工程或相關領域的學士或碩士學位 

2. 基本的電路設計知識 

3. 基本的測試設備操作包括示波器、三用電表及其他儀器 

4. 能夠執行硬體驗證計劃和規畫測試程序 

5. 能夠產出完整的測試報告並準確記錄測試結果 

【Nice to Have】 

1. Automation tool development (LabVIEW, Python). 

2. Experience with electrical design (CADSTAR, Allegro). 

3. Experience with firmware design (STM32). 

4. Experience with version control (Git).

【Responsibility】 

1. Serve as team leader of Technical Testing Development team, responsible for team management and cross function team collaboration. 

2. Set team target. Allocate resource, schedule according to priorities, and work with team to achieve the goals. 

3. Develop automation test tools/fixtures which can be used to test the software/hardware functions (e.g., Media, Navi, BT, Connected services, and vehicle networks) of all of our automotive products.  

4. Develop test scripts and execute automation test for system validation, as well as improve validation processes and methodologies.  

5. Collaborate closely with Garmin global associates to develop, maintain and enhance automation test tools.  

6. Research the new technology and new testing feature / facility, particularly regarding automation and AI technologies for the automotive products.  

【Minimum Qualifications】 

1. 5+ years software development experience; 3+ years team/project management experience (OEM/ODM experience is preferred). 

2. Expertise in one or more of the programming languages C, C++, C#, Python. 

3. Experience with one or more of software, firmware, hardware design for automation test. 

4. Experience with git, gerrit or SVN. 

5. Good English communication skill. 

6. Good teamwork ability.

【工作內容】 

(1) 熟悉Scrum流程, 開發及營運測試相關的MES網頁和應用程式, 如C# ASP.NET, Window form, WPF, Web API, Python. 

(2) Server及Website營運, 如監控伺服器穩定, 相關patch更新. 

(3) 資料統計分析處理, 資料庫設計, 自動排程, 如schedule task, MS SQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka, MQTT 

(4) 整合儀器控制介面至測試程式, 如NI-VISA, GPIB, USB, IO interface.  

(5) 確保生產線運行順暢. 

【Job Responsibilities】  

(1) Familiar Scrum flow, development and operation of web pages, applications, such as C# ASP.NET, Window form, WPF, Web API, Python. 

(2) Server and website operations, such as monitoring server stability and applying relevant patch updates. 

(3) Data statistical analysis and processing, database design, auto-schedule, such as schedule tasks, MS SQL, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka, MQTT. 

(4) Integrate instrument API interface to sequencer, 如NI-VISA, GPIB, USB, IO interface. 

(5) Ensuring production line working well. 

【工作技能】 

(1) 資工, 資訊, 電機, 軟體等軟體相關背景或經歷, 具備程式開發, 資料分析的能力.  

(2) 熟悉git版控, Jira, confluence應用 

(3) 熟悉scrum流程, 善於跨部門溝通合作, 獨立工作, 且具備外語能力(多益700分). 

(4) 程式語言C# ASP.NET, Windows forms, WPF, Python, 作業系統Linux, Windows. 

(5) 與國外同仁合作及開發, US, Germany, Cluj and etc.

-About Material & Failure Analysis Engineer:  

材料與失效分析工程師是確保產品品質與耐用度的核心守門員。從新材料的導入驗證、產線的異常排除，到客戶端的失效分析，都需要透過精密的儀器與嚴謹的邏輯來找出問題的根本原因 (Root Cause)。你將與研發團隊緊密合作，透過科學數據提升產品的可靠度，是打造優良使用者體驗不可或缺的幕後推手！ 

工作內容包含： 

1. 精密樣品製備與儀器操作：獨立執行機械研磨拋光 (Cross-section) 進行樣品製備（具備 CP 離子束研磨經驗者佳），並熟練操作 SEM (掃描式電子顯微鏡)、OM (光學顯微鏡) 及 X-Ray 來檢測電子元件結構與焊點品質。 

2. 失效分析 (FA) 與異常排除： 針對客戶退貨 (RMA) 及生產線上的不良品進行失效分析，撰寫技術報告以釐清真因，並協助跨部門團隊制定改善對策。 

3. 研發支援與材料評估：支援 R&D 團隊進行新材料的物理與化學特性評估，特別是針對系統組裝用的無機材料（如：電鍍，金屬機構件，陽極處理，材料機械特性……等）進行分析與驗證。 

4. 品質標準建立與驗證：執行材料檢驗計畫以確認供應商品質，協助制定檢驗標準 (SIP) 並維護實驗室標準作業程序 (SOP)。 

5. 可靠度測試與數據分析：依據客戶或產品需求執行老化與可靠度實驗（如：高溫儲存 HTS、溫度循環 TCT），並收集實驗數據進行統計分析，持續追蹤材料性能。
