桃園美國學校（英語：Taoyuan American School）是桃園市第一所採用美國教育課程為主的國際外僑學校。本校經由桃園縣教育局核准設立，位於桃園市蘆竹區，地處中山高速公路與桃園國際機場聯絡道路的交會口，交通便利，緊鄰桃園國際機場，是全台最接近國家航空運輸中心的國際外僑學校，將以美國教育模式為典範，一般課程皆以全美語教學，師資、課程規劃及教材等教育資源，均符合當地社會文化與教育環境，作為美國高等教育的銜接。 Hiring for 2020-2021 School year Taoyuan American School (TYAS) is looking for dedicated, certified teachers who have the potential to be innovative educators and commit to helping us achieve our goal of a quality learning experience for all students. We are an international G1 – G12 School offering an American curriculum for students who wish to study at universities abroad. We follow the US curriculum and school calendar. TYAS’s faculty is comprised of teachers who actively role-model our Expected Schoolwide Learning Outcomes. The TYAS teachers share these six characteristics. 1. Open Submission / Application Process We require our teachers to have at minimum either a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree and teaching certification from a recognized overseas university and at least one year of overseas teaching experience. Although, we encourage recent graduates to apply. Prospective candidates need to submit a complete personnel packet including cover letter, resume/CV, two letters of recommendation, copies of degrees and certificates, a copy of passport, and a photo prior to hiring.
