Consolidate data for Foxconn‘s India Operations and prepare India HQ review material incl. India revenue growth, headcount increase, and factory footprint 

1.Enable a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) as a one-stop tool for necessary data collection and performance reviews 

2.Coordinate with business entities for tracking performance across various metrics such as revenue, headcount, and number of facilities 

3.Ensure implementation of Group-level actions across all plant sites in India 

4.Manage reports preparation for India HQ, for internal/external reviews and key meetings 

5.Collaborate with other HQ verticals to ensure one-Foxconn view 

6.Solid line reporting to Head of Business Reporting and Administration. Coordination with site leaders for to track performance

Lead Foxconn India‘s engagement across central and state governments, develop high-value relationships with senior policymakers and advocate Foxconn‘s strategic interests in upcoming policies 

Engage with key stakeholders across central and state governments (e.g., PMO, MeitY, MNRE, MoCI, MoF, NITI Aayog, State CMOs, Indian/Taiwanese Embassies, etc.) 

Shape upcoming government policies and advocate Foxconn‘s business and strategic interests 

Represent Foxconn India in key government forums, policy consultations, and high-level meetings 

Anticipate and mitigate policy and regulatory risks basis global trends, and manage crisis resolution 

Actively collaborate with other HQ verticals and business entities for “One Foxconn” view 

Standardize key activities including periodic engagement calendar, action items tracking, stakeholder mapping, and others 

Lead ‘Government Relations‘ team; including conducting team members‘ internal reviews, KPI tracking, performance appraisals, and capability building

Provide business incubation support to BGs/subsidiaries, specifically for partner identification and deal finalization, location analysis, and application submission for government incentives 

Prepare standardized playbooks/checklists/ready templates for partner selection, location assessment, and application submission to state/central governments for various incentives 

Partnership Support: 

Shortlist high-potential local players for partnership with Foxconn for specific opportunities 

Coordinate with GR & IR teams to gather feedback from key stakeholders on shortlisted players 

Collaborate with Foxconn‘s business teams for outreach, deal negotiations, and deal finalization 

Location Analysis and Application Support: 

Maintain a repository of potential plant locations for Foxconn, based on key factors like availability of talent, power, water, land, connectivity, etc. 

Maintain a repository of latest ready-to-use formats for various applications e.g., PLI, ISM, etc.
