(約聘)Business Analyst (0.5~1 year contract)

1.AI 策略規劃與發展：依據公司AI發展策略，制定AI技術應用策略和發展藍圖。研究金融科技趨勢，識別潛在AI應用場景，並推動AI技術落地應用。 

2.AI 需求洽談與分析：與業務單位密切合作，收集和分析AI應用需求，確保AI解決方案符合業務需求。 

3.AI 解決方案評估與設計：設計和實施AI解決方案，確保AI解決方案符合組織發展需求。 

4.AI 專案管理與推廣：負責AI研發專案的整體規劃、執行和監控，並推廣AI相關技術，安排教育訓練，提升本行AI知識與素養，促進AI技術在行內的普及應用。 

5.AI 效益評估與優化：對已導入的AI應用進行效益評估，分析AI應用帶來的商業價值和投資回報率，並持續優化AI應用服務的效能和效益。

[Financial Performance Analysis] 

• Provide monthly financial performance reporting to business partners 

• Review the business performance against plan/forecast in terms of products and customer segments, and proactively highlight key risk to business / senior management 

• Develop financial models to provide the insights for business to prepare forecasting / planning, and articulate strategies 

• Ensure proper accounting policies and financial control are in place 

• Provide accounting guidance and financial advisory to business to ensure the integrity of reports at all times. 

• Provide in-depth cost analysis to provide solid commentaries, and proactively manage the monthly cost expenditure to avoid fluctuation 

• Assist business in expense management on BAU and project / initiatives spent 

• Support Finance other functions to solve the financial issues related to CBG 

[Business Forecasting and Budgeting] 

• Perform and manage full-year forecast in monthly basis, and identify opportunity and risk against budget to ensure the delivery of full-year budget. 

• Prepare annual budget preparation, review and submission 

[Ad-hoc / Initiatives]  

• Assist to evaluate the financial of campaigns and initiatives, and track the results 

• Assist in assessing returns on investments and strategic plans 

• Support the business decision process, providing essentials analysis on internal and external benchmarking and performing ‘what if’ scenario” 

• Assist in providing insights in market & competitors analysis

Key Accountabilities: 

• To enhance consumer banking sales incentive scheme through business strategy and data analysis. (including wealth management, secured loan, credit card and unsecured loan) 

• To design and execute CBG sales incentive program with business driver and governance approach 

• To provide support to business partners to help business growth, and front-line sales communication. 

• To provide the related data source and propose / report to management for business action. 

• To ensure timely delivery of sales incentive on monthly / quarterly basis. 

• To analyze and tracking sales performance. 

• To communicate with regional and cross functional teams. 

• To support integration project

Job Purpose  

1. To review the regulatory reports and ensure they are accurate and submitted to the regulators in a timely manner 

2. To support Head of Local Regulatory Reporting to reinforce the control environment, e.g. streamlining the processes, control framework, requirement interpretation, cleaning up data quality issues, guidance to team members, proper escalation, etc. 

3. Other ad hoc projects as needed 

Job Duties & responsibilities 

1. Reporting 

- Review and double check regulatory reports to ensure the accuracy before submission 

- Provide guidance to the team members for regulation/regulatory requirements 

- Coordinate the regulatory matters, e.g. new regulation/ requirements, process improvement, communication across the units 

- Conduct knowledge transfer, including regulation, regulatory requirements, reporting requirements, LRR system, etc. 

- Answer the queries or ad-hoc requirements requested by the regulators 

2. Control 

- Support to set up a proper control framework to improve the process of reporting 

- Streamline the processes to improve the efficiency 

- Detect data quality issues and find out the solutions 

- Keep regular tracking for monthly Finance Key Regulation Ratio Report 

- LRR system maintenance 

3. Others 

- New product/system implementation 

- System enhancement project 

- LRR system maintenance: updating report spec with new regulatory requirements or new products and also performing report UAT, UI UAT, LV, etc. 

- Projects 

- Group initiatives

• Partner with Franchise, Customer Management team and also Product Team to formulate business strategies and using data insights to drive Treasures Acquisition, Engagement and Transaction  

• Develop and maintain Control Tower, utilize Data Driven Operation Model (DDOM) to maximize value from data and drive strategies deliver business outcomes. 

• Create visualizations and present clear, concise, and actionable insights to the key stakeholders, lead discussions on analytics and interpretation of results 

• Develop models and data insights to plan and drive the customer interactions

1.在應用系統專案負責分析和確認業務使用單位之需求，瞭解有關業務上的各種問題，並提供問題的解決方案以實現組織的目標。 

2.針對現有系統功能及作業流程,可以持續的提出改善並優化以提升業務使用單位對系統的滿意度。 

3.負責專案規劃與執行，控管專案各階段(規劃、導入、開發、測試、驗收、上線)品質、風險及時程管理。 

4.能產出專案管理相關必要文件，向利害關係人和主管提案專案開發計畫與執行進度簡報等。
