[車用電子]系統測試工程師(大溪)

1. 建立無線通訊模組(WiFi/Bluetooth等產品)測試計畫及測試案例。 

2. 執行RF訊號量測，電子特性訊號量測並撰寫測試報告。 

3. 審核測試計畫以及產出文件，確保符合車用品質流程。 

4. 跟驗證實驗室合作，確保產品驗證通過。

1.配合車用專案進行相關功能測試。包含軟體功能，韌體設計以及系統功能相關測試。 

2.針對新開發專案, 學習研究新領域的功能測試. 

3. 有以下經驗佳 

-車用產品測試經驗 

-車用智慧座艙產品的功能測試 

-Carplay & Android Auto 認證測試 

-車用智慧座艙產品 HIL (Hardware in th loop)測試 

-車用測試工具使用 

4. 到客戶端支援，重現以及分析問題

1.開發並執行測試計劃，測試車用電子產品的系統功能、性能和可靠度 

2.使用各種測試設備和工具進行測試，編寫及維護測試腳本和測試自動化工具 

3.分析測試結果和產品缺陷，確保產品的品質和穩定性 

4.參與開發過程，並為提高產品可測性和測試效率提出建議 

5.與開發團隊及其他部門合作解決問題，以確保產品的成功生產和交付 

6.了解ISO16750, VW80000, GMW3172相關廠規測試項目尤佳

1.Act as a technique leader to initialize high level product architecture and features. Lead the cross-function team to define the product proposal starting from ground up or customer requirements. 

2.Responsible for technical engagement and requirement analysis from customers. 

3.Support program managers in defining project scope based on market research or customer assumptions. 

4.Responsible for system level documents of automotive development process. 

5.Key component/supplier survey and technique engagement. 

6.Emerging technologies research and define product roadmap.

1. PCB疊構與阻抗設計.  

2. Signal Integrity與Power Integrity的模擬與分析. 

3. Layout 的rule制定與審核. 

4. 訊號量測的審核與除錯. 

5. 流程自動化改進與in-house utilities開發. 

6. TDR/VNA量測.

(1)Responsible for automotive product development: part survey,  

schematics capture, layout checking, simulation, BOM  

generating, debugging and testing. 

(2)Responsible for automotive product development documents:  

DFMEA, PPAP…etc 

(3)Collaborate with layout engineers, validation engineers,  

software engineers, firmware engineers, power engineers and  

other teams to discover and solve any issues of designs in  

early stage to ensure and enhance the quality of the products. 

(4)Accomplish the products to conform to engineering  

specifications, customer performance expectations. 

Understand the vehicle certification/regulations/customer  

testing requirements. 

(5)Understand the factory production process and testing  

methods.
