-Maintain PS&R Documentation(維護產品安全與法規文件): Ensure accurate and up-to-date storage of relevant Product Safety & Regulatory (PS&R) documents (e.g., Safety Data Sheets) within customer systems.
-Develop and Manage Monitoring (Power BI) Dashboard: Create and maintain a centralized dashboard to track the update status of raw material PS&R documentation across all relevant sources.
-Support Reporting: Assist in the preparation for regular reporting cycles, ensuring completeness and compliance.
-Coordinate PS&R Document Collection: Facilitate the collection, verification, and documentation of PS&R materials for raw materials, supporting both internal and customer-facing processes.
-Assist with Green Product Database Management: Contribute to the setup and ongoing maintenance of customer databases for new green products, ensuring data integrity and alignment with sustainability goals.
Qualification
-Education: A high school diploma is required. A bachelor’s degree preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field is advantageous.
-Skills: Good Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential. Strong data analysis skills are required. Basic experience with SAP is preferred.
-Experience: Prior experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) is advantageous.
-English Proficiency: Basic proficiency in English, particularly for written communication such as emails, is preferred.
