We are seeking a qualified Fabric Trading Sales Representative to support our subsidiary, ZENSHIN(Vietnam) Co., Ltd.  

Key Responsibilities & Requirements: 

1. Solid knowledge of fabric production processes, with the ability to translate technical knowledge into commercial opportunities 

2. Strong market development and sales capabilities, with a proactive and target-oriented mindset  

3. Ability to manage production schedules, monitor order progress, and ensure on-time delivery and consistent quality  

4. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships  

5. Competence in handling customer accounts, conducting negotiations, and resolving complaints effectively  

6. Fluency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills

1. 拓展國內及國外市場，積極發掘潛在客戶並推廣公司產品。  

2. 維護現有客戶關係，定期回訪並確保客戶滿意度。  

3. 負責業務洽談，協商合理價格方案。  

4. 跟進訂單細節與進度，確保交期符合客戶需求及規範。  

5. 進行市場趨勢與競爭分析，協助制定銷售策略。  

6. 規劃並參與國內外展會，推廣品牌及擴展銷售網絡。  

7. 追蹤應收帳款狀況，與財務部門定期更新帳款事宜。  

8. 團隊內部協作，於內部會議分享業務進展與心得。

紡織布料貿易，有紡織布料產業相關經驗優先 

1. 管理織物設計表文件庫 

2. 管理產品吊卡及歸檔 

3. 協助國外參展collecition (一年兩次) 

4. 協助製作collection book (一年兩次) 

5. 與工廠聯繫確認開發進度 

6. 市場狀況分析 

7. 與業務及客人溝通開發事項
