工作內容： 

1. 倉儲、收料管理。 

2. 堆高機、天車作業。 

3. 呆滯料、物料防鏽處理。 

4. 盤點作業執行。 

5. 儲位調整。 

6. 物料收料入庫、領退料作業。 

7. 發料作業。 

工作技能： 

1. 倉儲物料入出庫作業。 

2. 倉儲物料管理。 

3. 倉儲物料出入帳管理。 

4. 自動倉儲操作。 

5. 需有堆高機經驗及證照。

1. 驗收物流貨物、清點盤存作業。 

Checks all invoices for logistics services against service requests made from the Head office.  

2. 從事物流貨物、重整、包裝作業。 

Verifies, summarizes and submits invoice package to the material/ logistics manager for certification. 

3. 執行作業區環境整理、清潔維護作業。 

Supervises the day to day activities of the organization-appointed clearing agent.  

4. 進行商品入倉、交期、送貨、調度安排等相關工作。 

Liaison with colleagues/customers in order to organize reception of goods. 

5. 建置物流作業管控點及制定相關之管理報表。 

Designs, implements, monitors the evaluation of new initiatives and procedures related to logistics, contracts in forwarding, transport and warehousing, where necessary. 

6. 以有條理且易取得的方式儲存擺放倉庫中的貨品項目。 

Allocates and manages staff resources according to changing needs. 

7. 複查庫存的貨物數量與紀錄是否相符，查出不一致之處並更正錯誤。 

Monitors the status of incoming international supplies, status monitoring and correspondence with the Material Control Department.  

8. 利用辨識標籤、標籤工具或其他標籤設備，在庫存貨物上做記號。 

Uses IT systems to evaluate performance and quality and to plan improvements and understands, works with and possibly helps to develop ERP system. 

9. 定期清潔庫存、工具、設備或貯藏室，以確保符合安全規章。 

Processes logistics requests from programmes and ensures follow-up action completed. 

10. 其他公司交辦事項. Executes additional administration tasks at the request of the Management.

1.定期清點物料，並將物料標示並放於正確位置，必要對相關人員解說，使其容易使用 

2.定期清潔庫存、工具、設備或貯藏室，以確保符合安全規章及存貨安全 

3.倉庫物品、物料進出管理品，與請購單、發票及其他憑證是否相符 

4.發放物品並且對於不足的貨品申請補充
