We are looking for an experienced R&D Manager to lead the development of mid-to-high wattage(90W-1KW) power supply products(PD、NB、LEO、 PoE and more) 

This role will drive new product development, guide the engineering team, and collaborate closely with Tier-1 customers. 

【Key Responsibilities】 

1.Product Development Leadership 

-Lead new product development for mid/high-wattage power supplies. 

-Evaluate architecture, define technical solutions, conduct risk assessment. 

2.R&D Team & Project Management 

-Manage engineering team execution and ensure project milestones and quality. 

-Oversee project planning, specification creation, and technical documentation. 

3.Circuit Design & Technical Review  

-Review schematics, power topologies (PFC, LLC, AC/DC, DC/DC). 

-Make key design decisions and ensure technical feasibility. 

4.Safety & Reliability Validation 

-Understand international safety standards. 

-Plan and review validation testing, reliability analysis, and improvement actions. 

5.Cost Control & Technical Problem-Solving 

-Lead root-cause analysis for design or production issues. 

-Optimize BOM cost and approve component selection. 

6.Sample Build & Engineering Verification

We are seeking an Electronics Design Engineer to design and develop the next generation of cost-effective AC/DC switching power supplies. This role will be responsible for end-to-end power supply design, from concept and schematic development through validation and production release, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, quality, and manufacturability. 

【Responsibilities】 

•Design and develop AC/DC switching power supplies from concept to production, including schematic design, component selection, and circuit optimization 

•Apply strong theoretical knowledge of power electronics and electrical engineering principles to achieve high efficiency, reliability, and cost targets 

•Perform design analysis, simulation, and verification to validate electrical performance 

•Support Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) to ensure smooth transition to mass production 

•Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during development, validation, and production stages 

•Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure overall product success 

•Prepare and maintain design documentation, test reports, and technical specifications 

•Support engineering change orders (ECOs) and continuous product improvement initiatives

3.執行並協助新技術/新資訊引進與構思, 新世代電源管理IC與線路之研究與最佳化, 電源軟硬體之整合
