工作內容 

1. 透過設計變更提升產品效能 

2. 指導、檢閱並負責產品設計與變更的認可。 

3. 分析技術、資源成本與市場需要，以評估計畫可行性。 

4. 分派、指導、評估單位新進員工的工作，並監督管轄員工的工作效能。 

5. 檢閱並負責合約與支出評估的認可。 

6. 發展或批准專案計畫、時程表或預算。 

7. 制訂製造程序與產品標準。 

8. 評估製程專案計劃，訂出最適化的製造流程。 

9. 負責新產品製程的導入，並進行製程的檢測，以使新產品能夠穩定生產且符合相關標準。 

10. 負責技術文件之撰寫與維護。 

11. 業務技術諮詢 

12. 透過生產技術之調整以提升產品品質。

工作內容 

* Define the quality goal, policies, and procedures 

* Design, install and evaluate quality assurance process systems, procedures, and statistical techniques 

* Design or specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment. 

* Analyze production and service limitations and standards. 

* May conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools 

* Lead failure investigations and deliver throughout reports 

* Improve product and process control with quality tools such as DOE 

* Apply and Maintain standards (ISO 9001、ISO 45001、 ISO 14001…) 

* Apply and Maintain product certificates and certifications (CE, RoHs, CSA, CCC, NSF…) 

* Execute V&V of product, process, and service Design 

* Integrate all engineering functions with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues
