[Server]高級運維網路工程師(桃園)

(1)產線測試 IT 基礎架構規劃與運維 

•負責伺服器產線測試相關的 IT 基礎設施建設（機架電源、網路拓撲、資料庫、儲存與運算叢集）； 

•確保測試工站、測試伺服器、治具及測試工具與上層 MES、WMS 系統的穩定互聯。 

(2)測試環境與系統整合 

•搭建和維護產線測試平台，包括 Burn-in 測試、ORT、BIT、功能與相容性測試系統； 

•與研發團隊協作，快速導入新機型、新平台的測試流程。 

(3)自動化與資料管理 

•推動測試資料蒐集、清洗、儲存、分析全鏈路自動化，支援良率分析與品質追溯。 

•優化產線測試流程，減少人工干預，實現「一鍵化測試執行」。 

(4)穩定性與可用性保障 

•建立測試基礎架構的高可用與備援機制，防止因設備/系統故障造成產線停線。 

•建立監控與告警體系（測試設備狀態、網路頻寬、資料庫負載）。 

(5)安全與合規 

•保障產線測試資料的安全性與可追溯性 

•符合客戶稽核及行業標準（如 ISO9001、IATF16949、資訊安全要求）。 

(6)持續改進與優化 

•推動測試資源使用率提升與能源消耗最佳化（液冷/風冷功耗監控、綠色測試） 

•分析量產良率、返修率資料，提出改進措施。

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced System Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad understanding of various technology domains and a proven track record of designing and implementing complex, scalable, and reliable system architectures across multiple product lines. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of driving innovation and ensuring technical excellence. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop comprehensive system architectures that align with business objectives and technical requirements across diverse product lines. 

• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define system requirements, evaluate technologies, and develop architectural roadmaps. 

• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to assess the feasibility and viability of new technologies and solutions. 

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. 

• Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our systems. 

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our products and services. 

• Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and design patterns. 

• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes. 

• Work with customers to understand their needs, and to produce optimal solutions. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in1 system architecture, software development, or related technical roles. 

• Extensive knowledge of server hardware architecture, cloud computing, virtualization, data center infrastructure, and network security. 

• Proven ability to design and implement complex, scalable, and high-performance systems. 

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• Experience with a broad range of technologies. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and technologies. 

• Experience with embedded systems. 

• Experience with advanced cooling solutions. 

• Experience with PCIE Gen5, and CXL.

TCP/IP協定、VXLAN、OSPF、BGP等； 

2. 設計與實作資料中心網路架構，優化資料中心內外網路的拓樸結構及解決  

方案 

3. 負責網路監控和效能最佳化，熟悉並能夠使用 Zabbix / Prometheus  

等工具進行網路狀態監控和警告配置； 

4. 管理並最佳化虛擬化平台，具備 VMware / Hyper-V 等虛擬化軟體的實  

務經驗。

負責帶領測試工程師完成伺服器產品研發階段的軟硬體相容性測試、功能性測試及效能測試。主要負責工作內容如下： 

1.伺服器作業系統功能測試，相容性測試，系統性能和網路測試 

2.BIOS, BMC和硬體相容性測試及功能測試 

3.學習新技術並創建對應的測試案例，建立測試計畫 

4.對新人進行培訓 

5.帶領測試團隊按時完成測試任務並保證伺服器產品品質 

6.有效管理測試任務、資源規劃與分配 

7.問題的管理與追蹤，跨團隊合作，加速問題的解決及澄清 

8.匯總測試報告並追蹤測試進度 

9.風險評估與管理 

10.與原廠或客戶充分溝通，瞭解並滿足測試需求

1. BIOS / BMC firmware test and OS compatibility test. 

2. Test tool or test script development. 

3. Issue report / analysis / debugging and feature behavior clarification. 

4. Study technical documents to create test cases. 

5. Cross-functional teamwork to speed up issue solving and clarification.

1.維護用戶端電腦系統、印表機周邊等其他網路資訊設備障礙排除及報修 。 

2.具電腦軟硬體設備 、伺服器、儲域系統及網路等建置經驗。 

3.支援業務作業需求至客端協助產品規劃、解決客戶產品問題提供技術支援 

4.支援公司其他部門需求及提供相關業務之服務。

1. 負責資料庫的安裝、配置及日常維護，確保資料庫的高效率穩定運作； 

2. 參與資料庫架構設計與最佳化，包括分庫分錶、負載平衡等，提升資料庫  

的可用性與效能； 

3. 監控資料庫效能，定期進行資料庫效能分析與調優，解決資料庫運作中的瓶頸與問題； 

4. 實施並維護資料庫備份、復原策略，確保資料的安全性和可恢復性； 

5. 負責資料庫的使用者權限管理，確保資料存取的安全性，防止未經授權的  

存取 

6. 負責資料庫的版本升級與遷移，保障資料庫系統的更新與相容性。
