3.組織實施專案業務的推廣計畫及策略，並掌控專案進度  

4.運用專案管理技術，參與專案的計畫、執行與管控，確保專案能在規定的時間內完成既定目標 

5.有中油或台電經驗尤佳。

System Engineer is the most demanding and challenging position in Kikawa Pump. With your assignments and responsibilities, you will have possibilities in an innovative company with high global growth potential. 工作內容 

* Define the quality goal, policies, and procedures 

* Design, install and evaluate quality assurance process systems, procedures, and statistical techniques 

* Design or specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment. 

* Analyze production and service limitations and standards. 

* May conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools 

* Lead failure investigations and deliver throughout reports 

* Improve product and process control with quality tools such as DOE 

* Apply and Maintain standards (ISO 9001、ISO 45001、 ISO 14001…) 

* Apply and Maintain product certificates and certifications (CE, RoHs, CSA, CCC, NSF…) 

* Execute V&V of product, process, and service Design 

* Integrate all engineering functions with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues
