Job Responsibilities: 

1. Develop, maintain, refactor, and optimize ETL programs and automated workflows. 

2. Understand and clarify business requirements, and assist in developing or modifying ETL programs accordingly.

【角色說明】 

本職位以科研專案管理與執行及幕僚工作為核心，並持續關注專案管理方法論與科技產業趨勢。專案管理工作內容涵蓋專案規畫、需求訪談、跨團隊協調、進度追蹤等；幕僚工作包含團隊策略規畫，協助擬定全集團科技策略方向(如 AI、資料策略等)。本職位不以技術研究或系統開發為主要職責，但需具備足夠的技術素養以閱讀技術文件、理解技術方案並與技術人員有效對話。
