【專案】客服人員(台中)

主要任務 

●線上提供客戶問題諮詢及完善滿意的服務 

●維繫及深耕客戶與本行的關係 

●線上提供符合客戶需求商品，創造顧客及本行雙贏 

●機動性配合所有專案執行 

專業培訓計畫 

●前三個月有專業產品知識訓練及輔導

1.接聽客戶電話，提供本行各類產品及業務諮詢服務，並配合推廣各項專案 

2.非營業時間異常通報及處理 

3.客戶抱怨處理 

4.需配合輪班。 

5.試用期滿通過考核後另有激勵獎金

工作待遇：依公司規定，外加晚班輪值津貼；通過試用考核每月加發激勵獎金 

1. Handle inbound customer calls and provide consultation services for the bank’s products and business operations, while supporting the promotion of assigned projects. 

2. Report and handle abnormal incidents outside of regular business hours. 

3. Manage and resolve customer complaints and service issues. 

4. Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule. 

5. Incentive bonuses provided upon successful completion of the probationary evaluation. 

6. Eligible for full employee benefits offered by the bank. 

**Employment Type**  

This position is a permanent employee role with full bank employee benefits. 

**Compensation**  

Salary in accordance with company policy, plus night shift allowances; monthly incentive bonuses granted upon passing the probationary assessment.
