1. Enterprise‑wide operations management, including committee meeting coordination, product review, and internal audit management. 

2. Coordination and execution of major business integration projects, such as: 

Implementation and self‑assessment of Fair Customer Treatment policies 

Cross‑department business collaboration initiatives 

Co‑marketing and joint business promotion management

1. Customer segment analysis and performance evaluation. 

2. Planning and execution of customer engagement and segmentation strategies.

1.負責銀行業務相關產品、服務及活動的策劃與執行。 

2.進行市場調查、數據分析，並提供業務策略建議。 

3.協助制定年度業務計劃，追蹤及分析業績目標達成狀況。 

4.協同業務部門進行跨部門合作，推動業務成長。 

5.撰寫企劃報告，並向高階管理層報告成果。
