行銷企畫

1. 協助團隊規劃及改進行銷計劃。 

2. 協助官方網站資料更新維護及處理。 

3. 提供出貨文件及出貨事宜。 

4. 協助業務人員處理銷售業務相關之公司內部行政作業。 

5. 其他主管交辦事項。

1. 定期報告銷售進度及市場佔有率。 

2. 掌握產品設計時程及產量狀況。 

3. 針對客戶提出的合約（交易條件、生產流程、產品要求、售後服務）作初步評估，並在必要時尋求其他部門協助，以即時回應客戶需求。 

4. 提供報價確認訂單，以準時出貨。 

5. 反應及蒐集市場訊息，配合客戶規劃行銷活動，或是以銷售競賽、佣金或折扣的方式鼓勵客戶進行銷售，以提昇品牌市佔率。 

6. 定期檢視每個客戶的下單及業績狀況，製作週報表，報告最新狀況。 

7. 協助客戶業績成長，維持通路價格秩序，訂定客戶業績目標，增加市場佔有率。 

8. 提醒客戶應收帳款情形，定期檢視客戶現行付款期限是否合理，並隨時回報客戶帳款異常情況，以保障公司權益。 

9. 即時反應客戶抱怨及協助客戶解決產品、出貨流程、退貨重工等相關的問題，並提出解決之道，以提高客戶滿意度。 

10. 跟催維修品以提供良好的售後服務。 

11. 充當客戶與各部門間的橋樑，以達成溝通協調目的。

• Deliver marketing strategies/ tactics to support client growth and engagement 

• Design digital marketing plan to drive the business and measure impact across all markets - B2B and Partnerships/Alliances 

• Create contents of creative & message to reflect the essence of the products in all communications 

• Manage full marketing mix, including Events, Sponsorships, Public Relations, Media outcomes based on projects and generate leads across client types  

• Select and manage agency resources with budget planning skills

1. Manage schedule, cost, materials, resources, and quality throughout the product development phase to ensure a successful launch in market 

2. Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination among internal teams, manufacturing sites, business, and customers 

3. Handle operational maintenance and customer issues during mass production until the product is officially phased out 

4. Provide additional project support as needed

Product- Broadband 

Responsibilities: 

1.Responsible for defining the overall marketing strategy and driving the execution of our marketing-campaigns. 

2.As a Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic architect of our marketing efforts, tasked with envisioning and shaping the entire promotional landscape for our broadband products. (promotional videos, social media, website, tradeshows, white papers, roadshows,....) 

Requirement: 

- Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or equivalent 

- Proven successful track record in market research is a must 

- Experience with Fiber, Wi-Fi, Docsis, 5G,… technologies is a strong plus 

- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English) 

- Positive attitude, resilience, out-of-box thinking, ability to work with / guide a multidisciplinary team are strong plusses

1. Build up a deep understanding of market needs, technology trends and our products. Use that know-how in combination with vision/creativity to create our promotional activities.

3. 產能規劃及人力平均化, 專案場地construction跟進, 資源調配及overall進度掌控 

4. FAI readiness& CSTCG 規劃執行跟進, 確保順利量產 

5 客戶工程需求出貨和OPM倉庫存管理及實物處理 

6 NPO build/PRQ/CR/工程機出貨等費用報價及收款

1.協助業務主管執行 RFI/RFP/RFQ； 

2.處理日常成本與報價管理； 

3.跟進NPI過程中之商務活動； 

4.處理主管交辦事項

1. 了解公司戰略目標與業務, 對接內外部制作產品企劃書, 為公司尋找可合作的精品項目 

2. 組織公司內部研發團隊共同研發研討新項目, 提出自己綜合想法及可行性方案 

3. 協助主管落實新項目研發前期工作安排及跟進, 配合項目需求國內外出差洽談新業務合作 

4. 組織與各大廠商/客戶/院校進行深度研發合作, 針對高精尖技術進行聯合攻關突破
