    Project Evaluation & RFQ: Lead product feasibility assessments for new development projects and manage the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process. 

     

    Automation Design Review: Oversee and validate Mechanical Design, Circuitry (EE), and Software architectures, ensuring compliance through rigorous work instruction reviews. 

     

    Equipment Integration: Direct technical communications and provide expert guidance for the introduction and deployment of new production equipment. 

     

    Automation Roadmap & Improvement: Spearhead the evolution of automated production processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 

     

    Technical Problem Solving: Resolve complex technical bottlenecks occurring during the design and fabrication phases of automation equipment. 

     

    Anomaly Analysis & RCA: Supervise root cause analysis (RCA) for technical anomalies and review the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions. 

     

    SOR Interpretation & Costing: Interpret customer SOR (Statement of Requirements) and provide strategic oversight for cost evaluation and pricing strategies. 

     

    R&D Budget Management: Manage project timelines, technical roadmaps, and expense controls for automation technology R&D. 

     

    Resource & Task Allocation: Coordinate departmental workflows and optimize the distribution of tasks among team members. 

     

    Talent Mentorship: Facilitate internal training programs and provide technical mentorship to enhance team competencies. 

     

    Cost Optimization: Manage raw materials, equipment, and labor costs to achieve COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) optimization and production efficiency.

    1.負責SMT生產設備維護、保養、異常處理、維修及生產工具、ESD檢測 

    2.負責推進設備機故工時降低改善、設備安全操作、操作基準之完善 

    3.設備表格填寫與維護(例如:點檢表、保養表、維修紀錄表、環安檢查表…等) 

    4.SMT生產線進行動作優化、降低機故頻率/時間、提高生產效率 & 良率改善 

    5.SMT生產線周邊設備/儀器維護、保養 & 替換 

    6.SMT生產線技轉及相關文件製作、維護 & 教育訓練 

     

    1.SMT Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for the repair, preventative maintenance (PM), and troubleshooting of SMT production lines, including specialized tool management and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) testing. 

    2.Operational Excellence: Drive initiatives to reduce equipment downtime; ensure workplace safety and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment usage. 

    3.Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive equipment logs, including daily inspection checklists, maintenance schedules, repair records, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) inspection reports. 

    4.Process & Yield Optimization: Optimize machine motions to minimize failure frequency and duration, while simultaneously enhancing production efficiency and yield rates. 

    5.Peripheral Systems Oversight: Manage the maintenance, calibration, and replacement of peripheral equipment and instrumentation within the SMT department. 

    6.Technology Transfer & Training: Lead technology transfer (TT) projects, develop technical documentation, and conduct specialized training for operators and technicians.
