1.負責封裝後段製程(Molding / Singulation / APVI, O/S)製程。 

2.進行製程異常分析、問題排除及改善措施制定。 

3.負責產品品質異常與客訴問題之分析處理，並撰寫 8D報告。 

4.參與新產品導入（NPI）及新材料評估與驗證。 

5.進行製程改善專案與相關數據分析。

Quality Engineering (QE): Product quality validation and data analysis. 

Process Engineering (PE): Process station operations and product quality analysis. 

Equipment Engineering (EE): Assistance in equipment maintenance and repairs. 

Facility Engineering: Troubleshooting and inspection of plant facility equipment. 

Industrial Engineering (IE): Capacity planning to optimize production and prevent shortages. 

Information Technology (IT): Proficiency in databases (e.g., SQL) or PHP/JavaScript coding.
