環保與創新主軸：研究、設計、開發環保創新型的水性、生物基biobased、以及無溶劑PU塗佈產品，將原料、製程、產品不斷朝更環保與無汙染邁進，並提供部門創新，與樹脂工程師、業務、及生產部門共創市場，創造市場需求。 

1. 研發新水性、生物基、及無溶劑PU產品；改善調整客戶既有的產品配方與設計。 

2. 搜尋並實驗、試用新原料及新配方，透過發想去開發並學習應用新的原料與製程。 

3. 進行實驗，並將成果放大到小型量產與正式量產。 

4. 支援並幫助生產穩定化，進行改善。 

5. 執行ISO管理系統的作業與文書。 

6. 執行主管交辦事宜。 

R&D Engineer (Eco-Friendly PU Coated Products—Taoyuan Plant 3) 

Eco-friendly and innovative: research, design and develop new coated products from water-based PU, biobased PU, and solvent-free PU to continuously push for greener, cleaner innovations, while collaborating with resin engineers, sales, and production teams to expand and create market demands.  

1. Develop new water-based, biobased, and solvent-free PU products; improve and adjust existing product formulation and design. 

2. Find and test new raw materials and formulations, brainstorming, learning and applying new raw materials and production techniques. 

3. Conduct lab experiment and scale up the result from small-scale sampling to bulk production.  

4. Support and help with production stability and continuous improvement. 

5. Help execute ISO 9001 & 14001 quality and environmental management systems. 

6. Execute management’s tasks assignment.

1.生產品質檢驗及品質異常單開立與結案。。 

2.失效模式分析(FMEA)及回覆客訴(4D/8D)。 

3.提供客戶端相關產品品質報告。 

4.推動及執行ISO的系統程序文件。 

5.4D/8D Report的發出，與時效管控及改善效果的跟催。 

6.撰寫模具檢討報告及出貨報告，並負責樣品製作與歸檔管理。 

7.撰寫SOP/SIP。 

8.樣品檢驗作業(FAI/CPK)之執行。 

9.規劃年度儀校計畫，負責儀器校正、檢驗及維修工作。

在創新與品質中穩定前行：部門產品主要是環保PU的水性、生物基biobased、無溶劑PU塗佈合成皮產品。品檢人員的協助可讓我們將產品在不斷環保創新的環節也確保品質的穩定性及客戶的需求達成 

1. 進行原物料以及部門產品的品質檢驗，將結果紀錄並與R&D及業務分享。 

2. 進行生產線產品的抽測。 

3. 學習導入客戶所需的測試方法與規範。 

4. 與SGS、Intertek、BV等檢測驗證機構討論測試方法，申請寄送樣品進行物理性與化學性測試，並將測試結果與報告彙整留檔。 

5. 管理測試儀器及確認每年進行校正。 

6. 協助執行ISO管理系統相關文件及流程。 

7. 執行主管交辦事項。 

Quality Control-PU Business Unit  

Ensuring performance quality among eco-friendly innovations: the department mainly develop and produce eco-friendly PU coated products like water-based, biobased, or solvent-free PU coated products and synthetic leather. Quality control personnel can help us continue forward with greener innovations while keeping our performance quality promises to our customers.  

1. Perform various incoming quality control tests for raw materials and outgoing quality control tests on our finished products. Record the data to share with sales and R&D teams for further analysis.  

2. Perform quality control tests for materials from the production line. 

3. Learn and adopt new customer testing methods and standards. 

4. Work with SGS, Intertek, BV, etc. to test our materials for a variety of physical property and chemical property tests, organizing the test reports.  

5. Manage the testing lab equipment, making sure they’re clean, maintained, and calibrated periodically (for some equipment we contract with outside calibrating services). 

6. Support the execution of ISO 9001 and 14001 management systems and documentations. 

7. Execute management’s tasks assignment.

環保與創新主軸：研究、設計、開發環保創新型的環保、水性、生物基biobased、以及無溶劑PU樹脂，將原料、產品不斷朝更環保與無汙染邁進，提供創新，與業務、合皮塗佈的工程師、及生產部門共創市場，創造市場需求。 

1. 研究實驗並開發新型環保PU樹脂、水性PU樹脂、生物基biobased PU樹脂、與無溶劑PU樹脂，以及實驗改善既有環保樹脂，然後協助放大量產，將樹脂朝向功能及環保不斷創新。 

2. 搜尋並實驗新原料及配方，導入更環保、創新的原料。 

3. 實驗水性、生物基biobased、以及無溶劑PU樹脂的合成與加工驗證，然後進行量產的改善。 

4. 樹脂生產的管理與品保，學習生產品檢相關作業。 

5. 執行相關ISO管理系統作業與文書。 

6. 執行主管交辦事項。 

R&D /Process Engineer (Eco-Friendly PU Resin Development—Taoyuan Plant 2) 

Eco-friendly and innovative: research, design, and develop new eco-friendly PU resin, water-based PU resin, biobased resin, and solvent-free PU resin to continuously push for greener and cleaner innovations, while collaborating with the synthetic leather coated products R&D, resin production team, and sales team to expand and create market demands. 

1. Research and develop new eco-friendly PU resin, water-based PU resin, biobased PU resin, and solvent-free PU resins, improve existing resins, and scale up + maintain production of your R&D result, continuously innovating the resin towards better functions and greener solutions. 

2. Search for and experiment with new raw materials and formulations, introducing more eco-friendly, innovative materials. 

3. Experiment with the synthesis and application of water-based, biobased, and solvent-free PU resins, and help improve large-scale production process.  

4. Resin production and quality management, learn about relevant quality test work and processes. 

5. Help execute ISO management system and documentations. 

6. Execute management’s task assignment.

1. 建立與維護品質管理系統（SOP / SIP / ISO文件），確保符合客戶及法規要求。 

2. 負責新產品導入（NPI）之品質規劃，包含檢驗標準制定與風險評估（FMEA）。 

3. 執行製程品質監控，分析良率及品質數據，確保量產品質穩定。 

4. 處理製程異常與客訴案件，進行原因分析（8D / 5Why）並推動改善措施。 

5. 負責供應商品質管理，包含來料檢驗（IQC）、異常處理及改善追蹤。 

6. 提供客戶品質相關文件（如檢驗報告、FAI、PPAP等）。 

7. 跨部門溝通協調（製造、生管、工程、採購），提升整體品質與效率。
