【AI Data Center】Project Management 專案經理(PjM)-E事業群

1. 對外做好客戶需求管理，及對接印度業務需求； 

2.具備豐富的工業工程經驗，負責制定生產計畫和調度整體策略； 

3.負責進行大規模的流程優化和改進，提高企業的生產效率和降低成本； 

4.負責制定標準和操作程式，並進行培訓和指導； 

5.主導跨部門的協同工作，確保生產與整體運營的協同；

1.在产品开发生命周期的早期与客户开发和设计团队密切合作。指定用于校准和测量产品特性的校准站、测试站和诊断。 

2.与跨职能团队（EE、SW、PD、HWTE、DFM、Operations, Logistics, Quality, etc）密切合作，支持和推动日常现场活动，以成功搭建EE。 

3.推动SMT/FATP的生產准备工作，并提高满足高端标准的能力以支持NPI，为跨职能团队提供指导。 

4.负责测试程序、测试计划和测试报告的制定。制定/执行项目计划。 

5.指定/实施测试过程控制和数据收集，记录所有正在进行的测试。 

6.生成每日报告，捕获生產过程中发现的问题和相关的FA/Yield报告 

7.高质量按时完成设计验证

Project Managers who are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. 

1. Familiar with project management tools, strategic planning and risk management techniques. 

2. Demonstrated ability to motivate / drive multidisciplinary teams to achieve objectives (performance, quality, cost, timelines) 

3. Lead and coordinate the project teams to achieve the project scope, goals and deliverables  

4. Monitor project KPIs and ensure adherence to commitments. Report to senior management on regular base. 

5. Interact with customers: facilitate a bi-directional communication. (requirements, status, decision to be made, etc...) 

6. Manage project budgets and BoM cost 

7. Plan and schedule project timelines 

8. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders 

9. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions  

10. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
