1. 管理人型機器人開發專案的進度、資源、風險與溝通

1. RFQ 階段配合BPM， 統籌專案時程， 整合資源，推動跨功能團隊協作, 爭取BA 

2. RFQ 階段提供整體專案成本, 包含產品開發(NRE), 物料費用( BOM Cost), 生產MVA等  

3. BA後確保設計時程及新產品導入 (NPI), 及定期報告整體專案進度 

4. 管理專案風險，制定預防與應變計畫 

5. 特殊事項處理，統籌內部BPM，RD，供應鏈，生產，品保等部門統一作為與外部客戶的溝通橋樑

1.客戶專案管理-專案之整體規劃與進度管理，確保如期如質完成 

2.顯示器產品開發-參與顯示器產品之開發流程，含驗證與導入量產等 

3.成本評估分析-產品成本評估與分析，優化成本結構與提升效益

Product- Broadband 

Responsibilities: 

1.Responsible for defining the overall marketing strategy and driving the execution of our marketing-campaigns. 

2.As a Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic architect of our marketing efforts, tasked with envisioning and shaping the entire promotional landscape for our broadband products. (promotional videos, social media, website, tradeshows, white papers, roadshows,....) 

Requirement: 

- Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or equivalent 

- Proven successful track record in market research is a must 

- Experience with Fiber, Wi-Fi, Docsis, 5G,… technologies is a strong plus 

- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English) 

- Positive attitude, resilience, out-of-box thinking, ability to work with / guide a multidisciplinary team are strong plusses

3.協調軟硬體研發團隊，包括結構、控制/感知系統、演算法與嵌入式系統等，確保技術方向與專案目標一致。 

4.建立標準化流程，優化團隊協作與開發效率，提升交付品質。

1. 對外做好客戶需求管理，及對接印度業務需求； 

2.具備豐富的工業工程經驗，負責制定生產計畫和調度整體策略； 

3.負責進行大規模的流程優化和改進，提高企業的生產效率和降低成本； 

4.負責制定標準和操作程式，並進行培訓和指導； 

5.主導跨部門的協同工作，確保生產與整體運營的協同；

Project Managers who are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. 

1. Familiar with project management tools, strategic planning and risk management techniques. 

2. Demonstrated ability to motivate / drive multidisciplinary teams to achieve objectives (performance, quality, cost, timelines) 

3. Lead and coordinate the project teams to achieve the project scope, goals and deliverables  

4. Monitor project KPIs and ensure adherence to commitments. Report to senior management on regular base. 

5. Interact with customers: facilitate a bi-directional communication. (requirements, status, decision to be made, etc...) 

6. Manage project budgets and BoM cost 

7. Plan and schedule project timelines 

8. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders 

9. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions  

10. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

AI DC Technical Project Manager - Facility & Commissioning 

1、研發端主導：負責AI DC專案研發、對接全球客戶、確保專案進度與設計品質。 

2、全生命週期試運行管理 (L1-L5Commissioning)：負責規劃並主導下包商執行AIDC機電與液冷系統的L1至L5測試驗收。 

3、MEP跨專業介面整合管理 (Interface Management)：主導土建、電力、空調管路、消防與弱電系統間的介面整合。 

4、現場施工管理與品質控管 (Construction Oversight)：偕同PCM團隊監督EPC廠商與分包商，確保案場施工品質符合 R&D 研發設計要求，並針對現場技術問題即時給予決策支援。 

5、技術提案與高階決策 (Technical Proposal & Review)：代表R&D團隊對接全球客戶，撰寫並呈現High-level的技術建議書。針對廠商提出的設計變更（Design Change）進行技術與成本審查，確保符合AI DC效能規範。 

6、AI DC研發流程建置 (Standardization & Phase Gate)：參與制定AI DC研發交付標準與流程，負責產出標準Phase Gate文件模板、技術Spec及招標文件。 

7、前端商務對接與技術評估 (KAM Support)：支援業務單位進行前端客戶需求分析，針對技術可行性、資源規劃及合作機會進行精準評估與QA製作 

8、高階幕僚與技術 Study：支援集團高階主管之決策需求，進行AIDC產業技術趨勢研究（如液冷、綠能、綠建築），製作具數據支撐的進度報告與決策簡報。 

9、全球案場場勘與技術支援 (Global Mobility)：配合專案需求執行全球出差任務（歐、美、東南亞），進行現場勘查、技術對標及全球供應鏈接洽。 

10、跨部門與跨集團協調：作為技術窗口，協調集團內各技術處室（商務、機械、熱傳、電力、結構）的資源分配，確保AI DC專案進度與OKR目標達成。

To oversee and optimize operational processes to achieve organizational goals by planning, executing, monitoring projects, 

Core responsibilities: 

1. Project and program management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets. 

2. Cross-functional leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers and other stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure alignment and collaboration. 

3. Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project deliverable. 

4. Stakeholder communication: Provide clear updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, outcomes, and facilitate meetings. 

5. Technical contribution: Apply technical expertise to contribute to identify problem, problem-solving, and decision making.

1.對接及整合A客戶需求，制定項目計劃，主導自動化方案設計方向 

2.推動客戶承認設備方案，對項目開發的各個階段進行跟進 

3.針對自動化設備異常，重點跟進，製作設備MIL和FACA
