•Lead the cybersecurity activities for automotive electronic systems in accordance with ISO 21434. 

•Manage cybersecurity processes in product lifecycle and ensure project compliance with cybersecurity requirements. 

•Conduct and supervise cybersecurity analyses and manage cybersecurity risks. 

•Collaborate with system, hardware, software, validation and production teams to meet cybersecurity goals. 

•Spearhead cybersecurity Interface Agreement with customer and suppliers. 

•Establish and maintain cybersecurity documentation and toolchain processes. 

•Support cybersecurity assessments and confirmation reviews with internal or third-party auditors.

1.Project management: Setup and control master schedule to deliver product within schedule. 

2.Issue management: Work and coordinate with cross function teams to resolve issues.  

3.Budget management: Engineering team budget control and NRE managements. 

4.Alignment with customers and Engineering teams, contract dealing and negotiation.

1.RFQ（引き合い）から量産（MP）に至るまで、プロジェクトの全工程を管理する。 

2.社内および社外のプロジェクト会議を主導し、部門横断的なチーム間の連携を効果的に調整する。これにより、技術的および製造上の問題のタイムリーかつ正確な解決を確実にする。 

3.プロジェクトにおいて主導的な役割を果たし、すべての機能チームと連携して、プロジェクトを成功に導く。 

4.電子システム開発に関する深い知識を有し、関連する実務経験が最低3年以上あること。 

5.IATF 16949、ISO 26262、その他関連規制などの車載業界標準に関する知見をお持ちの方は優遇する

•Lead the functional safety strategy and execution for automotive electronic systems in accordance with ISO 26262 

•Manage safety lifecycle processes and ensure project compliance with functional safety requirements 

•Conduct and supervise safety analyses including ASIL determination, FMEA, and FTA 

•Collaborate with system, hardware, software, and validation teams to meet safety goals 

•Establish and maintain functional safety documentation and toolchain processes 

•Represent the organization in functional safety-related customer discussions and audits 

•Support safety assessments and confirmation reviews from internal or third-party auditors

1.POC 專案管理：負責協作型機器手臂POC專案管理。需與AI中心及自主移動機器人POC 協同討論。以及籌備展覽的相關事項。支援關鍵零組件廠商連繫、洽購及合約流程。 

2.制定專案範疇、目標和交付成果。設計專案計劃和時間表，並監控專案進度，確保按時完成。 

3.管理專案資源，包括人力、物力和財力資源，確保有效利用。識別和評估專案風險，制定風險應對策略。 

4.與客戶或原廠充分溝通，瞭解並滿足專案需求。確保專案成果符合質量標準，並進行最終驗收和交付。 

5.Collaborate with variety functions in project team, other teams, and other companies to keep the progress of project.

1.Manage projects from RFQ to mass production, overseeing all aspects of the process.  

2.Host internal and extern.al project meetings to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical and manufacturing issues.  

3.Take on a leading role in the project, coordinating with all function teams to drive successful outcomes.  

4.Possess a deep familiarity with electronic system development, and hold a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. 

5. Need Frequency business trip to NA and Mexico.
