• We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong sourcing expertise across APAC markets. This role is responsible for driving top-of-funnel recruitment activities, building high-quality pipelines, and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to meet dynamic business needs. The ideal candidate has deep experience in sourcing for Singapore, Japan, South Korea, or broader APAC regions, with strong capabilities in managing direct applications, employee referrals, and technical/semiconductor talent pools. 

• Source, engage, and attract top talent across APAC markets through a variety of channels (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, networking, etc.). 

• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates, ensuring alignment with business needs. 

• Conduct innovative research to support candidate outreach and build pipelines for weekday and weekend walk-in events. 

• Drive sourcing efforts for ad-hoc and niche business requests. 

• Manage disposition of direct applications for global regions, ensuring consistent and timely candidate updates. 

• Screen and track employee referral resumes, meeting established SLAs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition as a sourcing specialist or full-cycle recruiter. 

• Proven experience managing direct applications and employee referrals. 

• Demonstrated track record sourcing through diversified and unconventional channels. 

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
