1. 負責Key Account 客戶管理，協助BD業務達成業績目標。 

2. 產品報價，forecast，帳款回收，售後服務，專案庫存管理。 

3. 擔任客戶與公司溝通的橋樑，即時反應客戶狀況，協助解決客戶問題。 

4. 訂單管理，包括處理客戶訂單、監控訂單狀態和安排交貨。 

5. 定期拜訪客戶及國外分公司， 且安排客戶拜訪行程。 

6. 需配合客戶時區參與會議，確保溝通順暢。 

•Manage Key Account customers and support business development in achieving sales targets. 

•Handle quotations, forecasts, accounts receivable, after-sales service, and inventory management. 

•Act as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution. 

•Order management, tracking, and delivery coordination. 

•Oversea customers visits, and coordinate client visits. 

•Attend meetings across different time zones as needed.

1. Analyze forecasted demand to develop weekly planned independent requirements.  

2. Work closely with procurement and production teams to ensure adequate fulfillment to support and meet customer’s demand target  

3. Act as a liaison between customer and related operation teams to effectively communicate and resolve fulfillment & liabilities issues  

4. Work with NPI team (RD/PM) for early material planning review and supply readiness  

5. Excess / slow moving inventory control management and close OBS package timely.

The candidate will be an experienced professional with basic skills of communication, enthusiasm, ownership & creativity that’s able to drive & deliver results between customer & IEC. The candidate will be responsible for external & internal alignment on project basis activity.  

1. To participate as Project member and work with PM to accomplish milestones & deliverables.  

2. Consolidate RFQ, RFP & RFI proposal and act as point of contact to respond.  

3. Be able to deep dive on the Quotation, ROI & BOM numbers.  

4. Responsible for manage legal documents, billing & ARAP payment issues. 

5. To work with Supply/Demand, Service, Quality and Production team to adequate Customer‘s demand or requirements. 

6. Coordinating Executive Events & Maintain decent relationship with counterparts.

(1)Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales roles within the IT industry, with experience in the server industry being a plus. 

(2)Proven track record in business development, RFQ/RFP handling, and contract negotiation. 

(3)Achieve revenue and profit targets. 

(4)Develop and maintain strong customer relationships; act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams. 

(5)Oversee quotation processes, pricing approvals, and ensure compliance with internal control systems. 

(6)Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

(7)Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration with PM, legal, and product development teams.

1.Proven work experience as an Product manager, Product line manager, Account Manager for 5 year in OEM / ODM. Account manager and Quality, factory operation experience is preferred. 

2.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of response according to customer needs and objectives 

3.Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders 

4.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits 

5.Solid experience with RFI/RFQ process and quotation 

6.Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
