【1】崗位職責 

1.AI專案技術協作與審查：協助審查AI專案技術架構報告，評估ML pipeline各階段（資料收集、標註、訓練、驗證、部署）進度與瓶頸，協同工程團隊規劃MLOps流程（CI/CD/CT、模型監控、版本控制） 

2.專案進度監控與風險管控：每週產出三大專案整合儀表板（Dashboard），標示紅黃綠燈健康狀態，明確列出風險項目與影響評估；針對落後進度提出具體矯正措施，並追蹤至關閉 

3.跨單位協調與決策執行：每週主導跨部門協調會議，建立待辦事項清單（Action Items），追蹤執行進度，確保達成率 ≥90％ 

4.高階彙報材料製作：定時整合專案進度、風險、資源需求與決策議題，產出副總級PPT簡報，具備數據視覺化能力（圖表呈現KPI趨勢、人力與預算使用率等） 

5.數位轉型與系統導入支援：支援集團重點專案，參與流程優化、系統導入規劃與風險控管，確保專案符合ISO或CMMI等標準規範 

【2】崗位要求 

1.學歷背景：碩士及以上，流利中英文報告能力，資訊工程、數據科學、工業工程、AI或相關領域。 

2.專業經驗：5年以上專案管理實務經驗，具製造業（3C、半導體、EMS）數位轉型或智慧工廠專案經驗。 

3.專案規模：曾參與或主導預算500萬以上或團隊30人以上之專案。 

4.技術理解力：熟悉Python或SQL，能閱讀技術文件並與AI及數據工程團隊有效溝通。 

5.工具能力：精通專案管理工具如MS Project或JIRA、數據分析與視覺化工具如Power BI或Tableau，設計高階簡報。 

6.溝通協調力：具備跨單位協作經驗，能整合IT、業務與協力廠商資源，推動決策落實。 

7.證照要求：持有PMP、CAPM、Scrum Master 或 MLOps 相關認證 

【3】專案條件 

1.具至少1個完整AI專案導入經驗（從需求訪談至模型上線維運）；具AWS/Azure/GCP之AI/ML相關認證者優先（如AWS ML Specialty、Azure AI Engineer） 

2.具大型數位轉型專案PMO實務經驗（需附具體說明）；熟悉製造流程或供應鏈管理 

3.具至少1次大型系統導入專案經驗（如ERP/MES/PLM）；熟悉CMMI、ISO流程標準或企業流程優化（需附具體說明）

協助開發城市數據中台，支援交通、醫療與能源數據的清理與標準化整合。參與城市級數據服務 (DaaS) 平台的功能需求訪談與系統規格書編寫。配合團隊提供平台運維之技術支援，協助處理企業客戶的操作諮詢與異常案件記錄，並學習跨領域數據應用架構。 

Assist in developing city data middle-platforms and support the cleaning and standardization of transport, medical, and energy data. Participate in requirement interviews and documentation for city-level DaaS platforms. Support platform operation maintenance and assist in handling client inquiries and recording exception cases.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist internal & external customers with various administrative tasks directly related to NPI or sustaining enterprise server project. 

• Assist with materials preparation, testing sample arrangements, and logistical support among factories, vendors and R&D teams. 

• Provides development support for project communications, including creating status reports and summaries, maintaining trackers, coordinating stakeholder meetings. 

• Develops relationships with internal, cross organizational project teams for product development and manufacturing.

1. Manage multiple software projects, responsible for schedule control, issue management, tracking, update and closure. 

2. Perform risk management to minimize the project risks. 

3. Proactive, closely collaboration and communication with clients & project team members. 

4. Partner with PM and Tech Leaders to understand priorities across initiatives, and manage dependencies between teams.

*Type1：AI Project Manager 

Manages AI-focused projects from initial planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and promoting innovation. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, allocating and optimizing resources, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. The role requires proactive problem-solving to address project challenges and mitigate risks while driving effective communication across departments. 

＜Qualifications＞ 

1. Over 5 years of experience in software project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies. 

2. Highly proactive, self-motivated, and accountable. 

3. Willing and able to travel internationally for approximately 1-2 months per year. 

＜Required Skills＞ 

1. Strong understanding of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. 

2. Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.t. 

3. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from different departments and roles and coordinate resources. 

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to swiftly assess complex issues and implement solutions. 

5. Mastery of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

*Type 2：AI System Analyst 

Responsible for gathering and analyzing the requirements and contributing to designing, developing, testing, and deploying in all phases of the AI system development project lifecycle, as below： 

1. Collaborate with business data analysts to analyze user requirements and ensure that requirements and acceptance criteria satisfy user needs. 

2. Create a system requirement specification to elaborate on system design, system components/interfaces, and data schema. 

3. Work with the multi-functional engineering team(e.g., data scientist, AI/ML engineer, data engineer, AI software engineer..., etc.) to ensure technical feasibility. 

4. Drive usability and quality of the AI system developed and ensure all system requirements are well implemented. 

5. Work on various enterprise AI system applications and problems, and analyze issues to identify root causes and prevention. 

6. Create the Wireframes(or UI Prototypes) for AI system feature discussion with users and provide them to the UI/UX design team. 

7. Author and update internal documentation; initiate and deliver requirement specification and system analysis/system design documentation. 

＜Required Skills＞ 

1. Practical experience in requirements gathering and analysis and change management 

2. Experience co-working with front-end and back-end system development teams. 

3. Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication, teamwork, and highly collaborative skills. 

4. Experience with Microsoft Visio, Axure RP(or other wireframe tools). 

5. Mastery of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

1. Mastery of QA methodology and problem-solving tools/techniques in software engineering.
