Responsibilities:
1. HR Business Partner
(1) Collaborate with line managers to implement annual HR activities.
(2) Provide daily HR administrative support to employees and managers.
(3) Monitor policies and procedures, and communicate with employees and managers in a timely manner.
(4) Design and implement activities and programs to enhance organizational culture, to level up the capabilities and attitude of employees.
2. Talent Acquisition Specialist
(1) Partner with line manager and internal resources to identify recruitment opportunities.
(2) Process-oriented, use strategic approaches to allocate and engage passive candidates.
(3) Provide data insights to identify opportunities to improve candidate experience.
(4) Work on global recruiting projects and conduct process and system enhancement.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to identify, engage and influence seasoned candidates, ensuring the most suitable, right-fit talents are attracted to TSMC. Additionally, this role requires effective communication with regional Talent Acquisition (TA) teams to enable global alignment, drive process enhancements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Partner with regional TA teams to streamline workflows and ensure global alignment on recruitment strategies, policies, and processes. Aim for achieving the business result with the most suitable recruitment strategy.
2. Ability to identify qualified candidate by using the proper sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Hunter, Seminar/ Conference, Patent/ Paper research…etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with both passive and active candidates by understanding their career aspirations and aligning them with the organization’s opportunities.
3. Stay up-to-date of Semiconductor talent market trends. Able to provide Talent Market insight to hiring manager to make better-informed recruitment decisions with fruitful data insight.
4. Manage recruitment dashboard, including deliver hiring analysis report. To monitor recruitment progress/ hiring quality and identify potential issues by proper reports and KPIs.
