工作內容： 

1.臨櫃顧客金融交易服務與專業諮詢，增加顧客滿意度。 

2.現金收付、票據收受及國內外匯兌等業務。 

3.金融產品諮詢、行銷及轉介。

About the opportunity 

The Seller Operations Team works with our global customers to ensure ticket fulfillment and to provide top-level support to our global network of customers.

Experience and working hours: 

This is an entry-level position, and we are not looking for a specific background, but the right attitude! 

Hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely) 

• All the training for the role will be provided – paid training 

• A computer and other equipment will be provided (be sure to have a quiet and dedicated working space when working on your remote days, with sufficient internet access to support) 

• You will be working an 8-hour shift 

• Must be flexible with working hours and weekends 

• MUST BE Within driving distance to the office 

• Must be available and willing to work a hybrid schedule

About the Role 

This position is a renewable 6-month contract within a reputable Japanese Bank, focusing on compliance assurance and operations support. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team starting January 2, 2026. 

Responsibilities: 

1.Quality Assurance of Firco Alert Clearance: Daily job of quality assurance for Firco alerts cleared by the operations team the previous day, following the APAC QA methodology and under supervision. 

2.Assistance to the Operations Teams: Support the operations teams as required by adhering to defined processes and guidelines without autonomous decision-making authority. 

3.Support Project-Related Tasks: Support project activities as required, within the defined scope and under supervision. 

Requirement: 

1. Experience in bank operation 

2. Knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) 

3. Familiarity with remittance workflow 

4. Familiarity with payment systems (NPS/TEMS) that generate Firco alerts 

Conditions & Benefits: 

Salary: Monthly Salary (Negotiable, based on experience). 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break, totalling 5 working hours per day). 

Annual Leave: 3 days of annual leave can be utilized immediately upon joining. 

Bonus: 1-month salary tenure bonus after completing 1 full year of service.
