瑞昱半導體【科技專才創造力學程實習計劃】將提供本計劃實習生： 

1. 科技專才培育：規劃實習同仁專屬五大面向課程，培養專業、開發思考與創造力。 

2. 賦予研究專題與實質任務。 

3. 科別專責輔導員：每位實習生設有專屬輔導者，協助專業學習及問題引導。 

實習期間：於2026年7月至8月進行專案實習與活動安排。 

實習時間：週一至週五8:30-17:30，週休二日。 

實習地點：瑞昱新竹一廠、二/三廠及生醫廠。 

招募對象： 

大三(含)以上、碩士班或博士班之電子、電機、電信、電控、資工、資科等相關科系在學生，具下列任一條件者佳： 

a. 熟悉 Linux工作環境以及 TCL/Perl/Shell/Python script 

b. 熟悉 Digital IC Design Flow (Front-end or Physical Design/APR), 例如 Synthesis, DFT, STA, Simulation等

1. 定期維護、保養生產設備機台，並進行故障排除、異常分析與追蹤處理。 

2. 規劃生產設備之操作順序，以便正確使用設備，進而提升生產效率。 

3. 進行設備改造、升級或開發，以便提升設備的生產力。 

4. 規劃有關設備空間的安排，並說明規劃的功效。 

5. 評估新設備之整體效能，並將通過評估的新設備導入產線。

工作項目： 

1. CPU & GPU Backend Implementation (APR) 

2. CPU/GPU Backend Flow Development, Enhancement & Automation 

3. Advanced CPU/GPU Technology Development: High-performance, Low Power, and PPA Optimization 

應徵條件： 

1. 碩士以上；電機、資工、電子相關科系畢業為主。 

2. 熟悉 APR Tools (Innovus、ICC2、Fusion Compiler…)，有Synthesis、STA/IR Analysis、Physical Verification等相關經驗者佳。 

3. 具備程式設計能力，熟悉 TCL/Perl/C++/Python。 

4. 有 High Performance CPU/GPU APR經驗尤佳。 

5. 個性積極負責、勇於迎接新挑戰，對於 High-Performance CPU/GPU Technology 有興趣者。

Job function:  

1. Work with Digital Design team for Physical Design of SoC chips including top level floor planning, block partition, timing budgeting, power planning, block integration, whole chip timing closure, and tape out. 

2. Responsible for physical design methodology research and development. 

3. Cross site projects coordination and management. 

Requirement:  

1. MS with 5+ years of experience in Physical Design. 

2. Familiar with Unix/Linux environment and scripts. 

3. Familiar with ASIC design flow. 

4. Familiar with Physical Design EDA tools. 

5. Good communication and team working skills. 

6. Experience in handling large scale SoC chip implementation is a plus.

(1) 碩士以上電機、資訊相關科系畢業。 

(2) 熟悉 Verilog RTL、Synthesis、Simulation、Timing Analysis 等相關 IC Design Flow。 

(3) 熟悉 Design for Testability 技術，包含 Scan / ATPG、Delay Test、Memory BIST、Boundary Scan、Diagnosis 等。 

(4) 有 DFT Tools (如 DFT Compiler、TetraMAX、BSD Compiler、FastScan、TestKompress、MBISTArchitect) 使用經驗者佳。 

(5) 積極負責、勇於迎接挑戰，對於 Nanometer / SoC DFT Implementation、開發及推廣設計流程有興趣者。

As a Customer Engineer, you’ll work in our state-of-the-art facility and at customer sites around the globe, where you are the face of Applied Materials and an integral part of a vibrant and diverse team. 

We train our Customer Engineers to create and support the technology that the world relies on to manufacture semiconductor chips and related materials, every day. You’ll work beside global customers to install, maintain and upgrade their Applied Materials equipment, delivering world-class support for multimillion-dollar production systems. 

■ You will: 

• Assist senior engineers with installing leading-edge customer equipment, performing scheduled preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance, and upgrading equipment 

• Performs all standard service activities through Tier I unassisted. Performs standard Tier II with assistance. Able to perform routine preventative maintenance within established timeframes. Completes quality repairs. 

• Responds to fab issues by communicating with other engineers and participating in escalation conference calls. May participate in projects to reduce costs and increase uptime. 

• Follow procedures you learn during your training, as well as published task plans, to test equipment and to diagnose and resolve technical problems 

• Complete required job documentation, safety training and procedures for processing parts 

• Professionally represent Applied Materials to the customer, using your “customer first” mindset 

• Satisfy the company’s and customer’s on-site requirements, including safety, environmental and COVID-19 guidelines 

■ You’ll need: 

• Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering related (Hardware related preferred), 社會新鮮人 are welcome 

• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics 

• Clear and effective written/verbal communications skills, with an emphasis on documenting details 

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of hand tools and proper usage, including a digital multimeter 

■ What to expect: 

• FSO (Field Service Organization) CE: Relocation within Country based on business needs. Also, in general, you’ll work with Applied Materials Taiwan AGS on-call model to provide ongoing technical support for our customers. Some product field service teams may need to work in shifts depending on business needs. 

• Your job requires the ability to: 

○ lift at least10~20kg. 

○ work in a clean room environment wearing coveralls, hood, booties, safety glasses, and gloves 

○ sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach and stretch to reach equipment when needed, and stand for extended periods of time
