[車用電子]車用電子資深策略採購專員(大溪)

1. 新舊料之詢價、議價、報價、佔比調整、交易與交貨資訊收集並整合 

2. 處理NPI 樣品需求、尋找並推薦2nd source  

3. 深入瞭解產業與市場資訊，並領導VM team一同維持具有競爭力之vendor pool  

4. 配合公司策略與供應商進行合約簽訂與資訊調查，並持續為公司爭取更多利潤與更佳的交易條件

1. Analyze forecasted demand to develop weekly planned independent requirements.  

2. Work closely with procurement and production teams to ensure adequate fulfillment to support and meet customer’s demand target  

3. Act as a liaison between customer and related operation teams to effectively communicate and resolve fulfillment & liabilities issues  

4. Work with NPI team (RD/PM) for early material planning review and supply readiness  

5. Excess / slow moving inventory control management and close OBS package timely.

9.Contributing to SCM related project, and planning system issue

1)Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement ; specifically in EE component sourcing are highly preferred . 

2)Familiarity with SAP MM (Materials Management) module, MRP (Material Requirements Planning) logic and advanced Excel for cost data analysis 

3)Strong communication and negotiation skills; proven ability in vendor development and management; experienced in price inquiry and negotiation with domestic and overseas suppliers. 

4)Collaborate with PM, RD, and CE teams for supplier development, second source validation, and procurement project management. 

5)Proven leadership experience or supervisory background is highly preferred. 

6)TOEIC score of 750 or above is required

1. 電子零件Sourcer, 熟悉電子產業的生態與BOM架構分析  

2. 五年以上採購相關工作經驗 (三年以上熟悉EE電子零件採購相關經驗者尤佳) 

3. 熟悉 SAP MM模組系統, MRP邏輯, EXCEL報表分析  

4. 善於溝通、具談判能力; 開發廠商及管理廠商能力; 執行詢議價 (國內外供應商)  

5. 協同PM/RD/CE執行供應商開發, 替代料建置與採購專案管理
