1. Consolidate RFQ inputs, including BOM and cost analysis, and optimize the value/cost structure to maintain competitive margins. 

2. Translate customer technical and commercial requirements into actionable internal projects, and negotiate key terms such as pricing, lead time, and payment conditions. 

3. Track orders end-to-end from prototype and NPI through mass production, and continuously adjust the business forecast to meet revenue targets. 

4. Monitor the North America AI server market, analyze competitors’product positioning and pricing strategies, and provide insights to the BD team for decision-making. 

5. Serve as the cross-functional coordination hub—as the business point of contact, align Taiwan R&D, supply chain and procurement team to remove commercial blockers impacting profitability or delivery.

Our core business and product portfolio focus on Mechanical Parts & Composites Solution for LEO (Low-Earth Orbit), 5G/6G telecommunication and new energy EV relevant applications, working with US/EU based leading brands.  

1.Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market. 

2.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. 

3.Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. 

4.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. 

5.Proven experience in sales management, including a track record of exceeding sales targets. 

6.Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. 

7.Good logic and English communication skills 

8.Familiar with Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other clerical work  

9.Assist the supervisor to complete the logistical support and progress tracking of the project  

10.Daily data update and summary analysis, ability to use Pivot is a plus  

11.Handle tasks assigned by supervisors and management team. 

12.Assisting customers by advising them on products and helping to find what they need 

13.Being up to date with pricing and product availability to assist customers quickly and efficiently 

14.Processing customer payments and transactions such as returns and exchanges

定期彙整業務銷售狀況報表, 能夠使用Pivot整合管理數據分析尤佳。

1. 定期報告銷售進度及市場佔有率。 

2. 掌握產品設計時程及產量狀況。 

3. 針對客戶提出的合約（交易條件、生產流程、產品要求、售後服務）作初步評估，並在必要時尋求其他部門協助，以即時回應客戶需求。 

4. 提供報價確認訂單，以準時出貨。 

5. 反應及蒐集市場訊息，配合客戶規劃行銷活動，或是以銷售競賽、佣金或折扣的方式鼓勵客戶進行銷售，以提昇品牌市佔率。 

6. 定期檢視每個客戶的下單及業績狀況，製作週報表，報告最新狀況。 

7. 協助客戶業績成長，維持通路價格秩序，訂定客戶業績目標，增加市場佔有率。 

8. 提醒客戶應收帳款情形，定期檢視客戶現行付款期限是否合理，並隨時回報客戶帳款異常情況，以保障公司權益。 

9. 即時反應客戶抱怨及協助客戶解決產品、出貨流程、退貨重工等相關的問題，並提出解決之道，以提高客戶滿意度。 

10. 跟催維修品以提供良好的售後服務。 

11. 充當客戶與各部門間的橋樑，以達成溝通協調目的。

Account Management Specialists needs co-work with different departments both within Foxconn like Sales, Factory, Finance teams and as well as customer. This role will cover below responsibilities; 

- Responsible from all the communication and information flow between customer and Foxconn includes agreements(NDA, sales agreement etc.) PO, open orders, new vendor creation etc. 

- Need to cowork with Sales team to create quotations for the Tender / Project or any other customer‘s request. 

- Responsible from internal PO and communication with factory PM for the order status, delay, etc 

- Responsible from collection Forecast from the customers and sales teams and update on the system 

- Responsible from Foxconn internal process for order, quotation and forecast management

Responsible for the creation of winning solutions based on end user needs, market & technology trends. Solutions range from Fiber Gateways, Docsis (cable) Gateways to Wi-Fi Mesh Extenders and 4G/5G solutions. As a Product Manager - Architect, you define wining technical solutions (hardware block diagrams, new mechanical concepts,....) in-line with the defined cost targets. 

1. Build up a deep understanding of market and technology trends. Use that know-how in combination with vision/creativity to create winning solutions.

Responsibilities 

• Manage products through their entire lifecycle until product EOL 

• Collect and analyze market dynamic, consumer insights, and competition strategies to make recommendations to management team 

• Co-work with sales force to develop commercial plans including positioning statements, marketing and sales training materials, product specifications to accelerate business growth and achieve sales target. 

• Drive product cost improvement during design and manufacturing stages

- Responsible for project cost structure breakdown, summary, optimization and maintenance: 

1. BOM List maintenance & cost analysis
