Process Evaluation & RFQ: Lead manufacturing process feasibility assessments for new development projects and manage the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process. 

Validation & Statistical Analysis: Oversee DOE (Design of Experiments) for SMT/DIP/USS/UPU/PKC equipment parameters and provide expert guidance on CPK (Process Capability Index) data review. 

Technical Documentation Oversight: Supervise and validate the authoring of SOP, PFMEA, and Control Plans (CP) for SMT/DIP/USS/UPU/PKC processes to ensure quality compliance. 

Quality Management (8D): Direct failure analysis for customer returns and review 8D reports and corrective/preventative countermeasures. 

Equipment Specification Review: Provide strategic guidance and review of equipment specifications for SMT/DIP/USS/UPU/PKC lines based on new product requirements. 

Defect Analysis & Countermeasures: Supervise root cause analysis for production defects and review the implementation of short-term and long-term solutions. 

Equipment Lifecycle Management: Direct the design, maintenance, validation, and continuous improvement of production equipment (SMT/DIP/USS/UPU/PKC). 

Departmental Coordination: Oversee task allocation and coordinate workflows within the department to ensure operational efficiency. 

Talent Mentorship: Facilitate internal technical training and provide mentorship to enhance team competencies. 

Cost Optimization: Manage and optimize raw materials, equipment, and labor costs to achieve COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) optimization. 

Performance & KPI Management: Establish individual KPIs, conduct performance appraisals, and lead workforce planning to ensure departmental goal attainment. 

Audit Liaison: Serve as the primary technical point of contact (Window) for customer audits and quality inspections. 

IP Strategy: Spearhead Patent Mining initiatives and oversee the patent filing process to protect corporate intellectual property.

樣品製作  

a).產品焊接、樣品製作。

c).擔當開發件之各生產用治/手/耐久 測具設計製作(首樣)與指導。

技術支援
