1.System Integration & Peripheral Validation -負責 Knox (A31) 伺服器之全機功能驗證。依照 Dell 規範執行 Hardware Matrix 驗證，確保所有 2nd source 零件符合電信規格要求。 

2. Multi-OS & Driver Compliance-驗證多版本作業系統（Ubuntu 24.04, RHEL 10.0, SLES 16 SP0, ESXi 9）在不同內核版本下的驅動相容性。利用 Dell 官方工具 (如 DSET, OMSA) 監控系統健康狀態，並維護 Driver List Baseline 以對齊 Dell 官方版本清單。 

3. 撰寫精確且符合 Dell 規範的 Issue Report。負責在 Knox (A31) 環境下進行問題複製 (Reproduction)，並與開發團隊 (RD,A31) 協作，針對 Bug Fix 執行回歸測試

• 開發，設計，部署，維護 Server Manufacturing Test Automation Platform，支援 BFT、AFT 與 L6～L11 製造測試流程。 

• 開發，設計，部署，維護 測試基礎架構（Test Infrastructure） 

• 開發與整合測試自動化工具、測試腳本與測試框架，提升測試覆蓋率與生產效率。 

• 分析製造測試失敗原因（Failure Analysis），協助產線進行 Debug 與良率改善。 

• 建立測試資料收集、分析與追蹤機制，支援品質管理與量產監控。 

• 支援 NPI（New Product Introduction）與量產導入，確保測試流程可順利於工廠端落地。 

• 優化測試時間（Test Time Reduction）、系統穩定性與測試可靠度。

Key Responsibilities: 

 Use simulators (e.g., ANSYS, Carla) to perform environment modeling, including scene construction, weather parameter adjustment, lighting, object modeling, and texture mapping.  

 Generate synthetic datasets based on data specifications and requirements, ensuring the quality and consistency of the synthesized data. 

 Produce ground truth for AI training, including semantic segmentation masks, depth maps, and bounding boxes …, etc. 

 Collaborate with Perception Algorithm Engineers to refine simulation environments and parameters based on model training needs, ensuring the “sim-to-real” gap is minimized.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead V&V teams across software, hardware, and system domains. 

• Coordinate test activities with design, development, quality, and customer teams. 

• Creation of specifications and tests for the AI module, including integration test and system test 

• Define V&V milestones aligned with project timelines and product releases. 

• Support audits and assessments (ASPICE, ISO 26262, OEM-specific processes). 

• Develop and maintain test strategy, test plans, and test specifications. 

• Define validation environments (HiL, SiL, vehicle test, test benches, simulation). 

• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and results. 

• Oversee execution of unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing. 

• Approve test procedures and ensure correct usage of test tools and equipment. 

• Review test results, analyze defects, and drive corrective actions. 

• Ensure proper documentation for compliance and release readiness. 

• Oversee the validation of AI and Vision models, evaluating their accuracy, robustness, and performance metrics. 

• Establish standardized validation workflows by developing automated scripts for vision-related testing and data analysis. 

• Provide actionable optimization recommendations to the development team based on empirical test results and performance analysis. 

• Ensure alignment with automotive standards such as: ASPICE (Automotive SPICE), ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), ISO 21448 (SOTIF), OEM-specific requirements (Toyota, Honda, VW, GM, etc.) 

• Build and lead a V&V team of 4 members, defining clear testing lifecycles, bug tracking standards, and reporting protocols for AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop QA strategy in coordination with the Quality Manager for the project 

• Create, maintain and ensure the execution of the QA Plan for the project 

• Track and monitor QA activities throughout the project lifecycle 

• Define, monitor and report quality KPIs at project level 

• Prepare and report quality status report, highlighting non-conformities and quality risks, to project management 

• Define the escalation process to ensure that identified non-conformities are addressed and resolved effectively 

• Perform internal gap analysis at project level to assess compliance with A-SPICE processes 

• Conduct work product reviews, audits and process compliance checks within the project 

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions 

• Support project teams in preparing for internal and/or external A-SPICE assessments 

• Facilitate lessons learned sessions and collaborate closely with software and systems engineering teams to implement A-SPICE process improvements and ensure alignment with functional safety standards 

• Ensure proper documentation and traceability across the development lifecycle, particularly for the SUP.1 process 

• Contribute to the definition, deployment and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) 

• Support the definition and refinement of the Product Development Process in alignment with organizational and project-specific quality requirements
