Our track record: We were first in the use of organic fluoropolymer anti-reflective coatings on pellicles. We were first in making AR coated pellicles with multiple transmission lines (patent#5,339,197). We were first in shipping pellicles in a specially designed container using adhesive (patent#4,470,508). We were first in shipping pellicles with a sealed backside cover. We have been the largest supplier of pellicles in the world since 1985. We are nearly twice the size of our closest competitors (as of 1998) with almost 300 employees worldwide. We have production facilities in the U.S., Taiwan, and soon Japan. We are currently the top producer of Deep-UV (DUV) pellicles. With our latest DUV clean room, we have doubled our production capacity and can over-supply world demand by six times. MLI has been the largest supplier of pellicles in the world since 1985. MLI has three production facilities with the capacity to produce almost any quantity of pellicles for worldwide needs. We have our own machine shop equipped with modern CAD/CAM to produce frames and engineering parts. We also have a fully automatic anodizing line for our frames and a chemical lab to research and synthesize our own materials.
