Participate in module maintenance and optimization of group systems. Assist in server setup, network operations, and cybersecurity monitoring. Support the implementation of IT tools for digital transformation and assist in the execution of security policies and risk reporting.

協助全球 AI 算力平台架構的環境佈署與配置作業；參與雲端服務資源的日常維運、自動化資源分配之參數設定及性能監控。配合利用容器化技術 (Docker/K8s) 進行效能瓶頸初步排查，支援優化 MLOps 工作流並協助撰寫技術維護文件。 

Assist in environmental deployment and configuration of global AI computing platforms. Participate in daily operations of cloud resources and parameter setting for automated resource allocation. Support initial performance troubleshooting using container technologies (Docker/K8s) and help optimize MLOps workflows and documentation.

協助建置數位孿生模型，支援產線佈局與物流模擬；參與視覺監控技術的初步測試。配合智慧轉型專案進行數據採集，協助優化產線排程系統 。 

Assist in building digital twin models and support layout/logistics simulation. Participate in visual monitoring technology testing. Support data collection for smart transformation and scheduling optimization.

To design, develop, and integrate diagnostic software solutions for servers, storage, and AI accelerator platforms, enabling automated testing and efficient issue resolution in collaboration with hardware and firmware teams. 

· Design and implement diagnostic software for hardware platforms. 

· Develop automation tools and scripts for testing and validation. 

· Integrate diagnostics with production and lab environments. 

· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with cross-functional teams. 

· Document diagnostic procedures, tools, and technical guides.

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Team Leader, who combines technical leadership, system-level thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Operations, and global customers to enable efficient diagnostics, automation, and intelligent data integration. 

Responsibilities 

•Lead the software team to design, develop, and integrate diagnostic software solutions for AI server and storage platforms. 

•Build a unified Diagnostics OS that supports modular and reusable test components across multiple products and customers. 

•Drive automation, standardization, and integration with production lines. 

•Collaborate with R&D and Operations to enable efficient issue diagnosis and resolution throughout the product lifecycle. 

•Develop and maintain automation tools, test scripts, and diagnostic libraries for manufacturing. 

•Define and enforce standard interfaces and log formats for seamless integration with the operation flow. 

•Document diagnostic procedures, APIs, and best practices.

Responsible for gathering and analyzing the requirements and contributing to designing, developing, testing, and deploying in all phases of the AI system development project lifecycle, as below： 

1. Collaborate with business data analysts to analyze user requirements and ensure that requirements and acceptance criteria satisfy user needs. 

2. Create a system requirement specification to elaborate on system design, system components/interfaces, and data schema. 

3. Work with the multi-functional engineering team(e.g., data scientist, AI/ML engineer, data engineer, AI software engineer..., etc.) to ensure technical feasibility. 

4. Drive usability and quality of the AI system developed and ensure all system requirements are well implemented. 

5. Work on various enterprise AI system applications and problems, and analyze issues to identify root causes and prevention. 

6. Create the Wireframes(or UI Prototypes) for AI system feature discussion with users and provide them to the UI/UX design team. 

7. Author and update internal documentation; initiate and deliver requirement specification and system analysis/system design documentation.
