一、業務管理與資源整合 

• 負責海外分行預算編列、損益追蹤及營運分析，確保資源配置最佳化。 

• 制定並執行海外分行績效考核制度及獎勵辦法，激勵團隊達成目標。 

• 核算業績獎金，確保獎勵制度公平透明。 

• 管理授信案件進度，並監控各項比率及限額，確保風險控管到位。 

二、海外分支機構籌設及新商品策略 

• 規劃與執行海外分支機構設立專案，推動永豐國際業務版圖持續擴大。 

• 規劃海外新商品及通路發展策略，助力業務拓展，開創新市場機會。 

三、報表彙整與其他事項 

• 整理法定報表及提供外部機關所需的相關資料，確保合規性。 

• 擔任海外營業單位與總行相關單位的溝通協調窗口，促進跨部門合作。

Statistics, Information Engineering or related fields perferred,

1. 撰寫 SQL 分析資料，熟悉數據視覺化，透過BI或數據視覺化工具將風險管理數據轉換為視覺化圖表; 

2. 熟悉相關統計分析及資料處理能力，運用內部及外部數據，建構風險管理大數據平台。 

3. 以 AI 工具或風險參數建立智能風險追蹤與預警機制及模型。 

1. Using SQL for data analysis and demonstrate proficiency in data visualization, transforming risk management data into visual charts using BI or data visualization tools. 

2. Possess strong statistical analysis and data processing skills; utilize internal and external data to build a big data platform for risk management. 

3. Develop intelligent risk tracking and early warning mechanisms and models using AI tools or risk parameters.

Develop payment and cash management products, including payroll services, micro and small business loans, merchant acquiring, and Global Transaction Banking (GTB) platforms.

1. Back office operations for specific monetary trust investments in domestic and overseas marketable securities, including order execution for domestic and foreign funds, equities, and bonds, allocation and reconciliation, cash flow and accounting processing, and handling of corporate actions such as dividends and interest.  

2. Support business promotion activities, including product onboarding and marketing campaign configuration.  

3. Formulate branch operation guidelines and provide consultation on operational processes.  

4. Plan the digitalization of trust business processes and perform related system operations and maintenance.
