5. Coordinate design engineering teams and manufacturing sites for NPI build readiness and issue resolutions in NPI stages.

7. Travel to WW for NPI build support with engineering teams to trouble shooting issues.

Cost PM 

1. 建立並優化報價作業流程，整合BOM成本、加工費及NRE，提供決策層定價建議 

2. 針對潛在成本超支風險制定防範對策，並提供策略性報價分析，協助決策層優化定價模型 

3. 定期執行成本差異分析，制定年度/季度成本改善目標，追蹤落實進度並向管理層呈報達成績效 

NPI PM 

1. 掌控光通訊產品NPI專案全生命週期開發時程，確保各階段關鍵時程準時達成 

2. 扮演跨部門核心協調整合者，推動客戶與工廠等跨部門合作，克服瓶頸並確保專案目標達成 

3. 建立風險預警機制，在發生偏差時提供專業解決方案以確保護航專案落地 

4. 定期主持內部與客戶端之專案會議，管理客戶期望並建立信任 

5. 可配合越南出差或派駐，於工廠現場主導試產流程與技術銜接，確保生產良率與流程符合量產標準

Account Management Specialists needs co-work with different departments both within Foxconn like Sales, Factory, Finance teams and as well as customer. This role will cover below responsibilities; 

- Responsible from all the communication and information flow between customer and Foxconn includes agreements(NDA, sales agreement etc.) PO, open orders, new vendor creation etc. 

- Need to cowork with Sales team to create quotations for the Tender / Project or any other customer‘s request. 

- Responsible from internal PO and communication with factory PM for the order status, delay, etc 

- Responsible from collection Forecast from the customers and sales teams and update on the system 

- Responsible from Foxconn internal process for order, quotation and forecast management

Responsible for the creation of winning solutions based on end user needs, market & technology trends. Solutions range from Fiber Gateways, Docsis (cable) Gateways to Wi-Fi Mesh Extenders and 4G/5G solutions. As a Product Manager - Architect, you define wining technical solutions (hardware block diagrams, new mechanical concepts,....) in-line with the defined cost targets. 

1. Build up a deep understanding of market and technology trends. Use that know-how in combination with vision/creativity to create winning solutions. 

2. Support the bid phase: creation of wining solutions (technical and cost) 

3. Evangelize our solutions to customers and partners. As a key member of the customer facing team, target customer satisfaction and award of new business.

主要負責:Fixed Line Broadband (Fiber, Wi-Fi Extender, Wi-Fi Solutions) 

1. Fixedline CPE(Home gateway, extender) 產品生命週期管理從Kick-off 到EOL 

2. 蒐集並分析市場動態,客戶需求與競爭者分析提供未來產品規畫方向與市場策略 

3. 從設計到量產, 持續主導進行產品成本毛利改善 

4. 與客戶與內部業務進行產品的介紹並提供pre/post sales 支援 

5. 協助內部專案組織清楚了解產品目標(產品規格, 專案時程與成本). 

Responsibilities 

• Manage products through their entire lifecycle until product EOL 

• Collect and analyze market dynamic, consumer insights, and competition strategies to make recommendations to management team 

• Co-work with sales force to develop commercial plans including positioning statements, marketing and sales training materials, product specifications to accelerate business growth and achieve sales target. 

• Drive product cost improvement during design and manufacturing stages 

• Present product proposition materials to internal sales force as well as externally and provide pre/post-sales support. 

• Drive internal team to realize the product goal (features, timeline and cost).

1. 10+ years experience in areas of Industrial IoT, Wireless Networking 4G, 5G.  

2. Experience in working directly with Carriers, or with SI companies is helpful.

1.在產品開發生命周期的早期與客戶開發和設計團隊密切合作。指定用於校準和測量產品特性的校準站、測試站和診斷。 

2.與跨職能團隊（EE、SW、PD、HWTE、DFM、Operations, Logistics, Quality, etc）密切合作，支持和推動日常現場活動，以成功搭建EE。 

3.推動SMT/FATP的生產準備工作，並提高滿足高端標準的能力以支持NPI，為跨職能團隊提供指導。 

4.負責測試程序、測試計劃和測試報告的制定。制定/執行項目計劃。 

5.指定/實施測試過程控制和數據收集，記錄所有正在進行的測試。 

6.生成每日報告，捕獲生產過程中發現的問題和相關的FA/Yield報告 

7.高質量按時完成設計驗證

Manage/Lead cost PM teams to meet target price, production schedule, and shipping plan 

- Responsible for project cost structure breakdown, summary, optimization and maintenance: 

1. BOM List maintenance & cost analysis 

2. Drive and optimize ODM/OEM project’s BOM costs with customer, supply chain, RD, project Manager to meet the target 

3. Consolidate & Analyze project overall cost from RFQ, NPI, and MP  

4. Work with manufacturing teams to review production/operation cost and improvement 

5. To analyze/review margin and co-work with various function teams to improve profit.  

6. Abnormal cost & PPV report update quarterly
