1. RFQ 階段配合BPM， 統籌專案時程， 整合資源，推動跨功能團隊協作, 爭取BA 

2. RFQ 階段提供整體專案成本, 包含產品開發(NRE), 物料費用( BOM Cost), 生產MVA等  

3. BA後確保設計時程及新產品導入 (NPI), 及定期報告整體專案進度 

4. 管理專案風險，制定預防與應變計畫 

5. 特殊事項處理，統籌內部BPM，RD，供應鏈，生產，品保等部門統一作為與外部客戶的溝通橋樑

1. Customer‘s contact during mass volume life of a product - For any issue, whether fulfillment, quality or other, excluding sales/POs 

2. Project management - Leading external and internal projects of different topics related to operations, efficiency/excellence, process improvement, systems, financials and more 

3. Quality issues - Bridges, monitors and secures solutions of raised quality issues by customers, between customer and quality team. 

4. AP/AR - Responsible to secure payments from customers and paid invoices to vendors on time and in full 

5. Contracts management and support of RFQ/RFP/RFI - Leads contracts‘ negotiations till closure, both externally (customers and vendors) and internally (e.g. Legal Dept.)

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) or sustaining project management 

• Lead cross-functional team to generate RFQ responses for customers 

• Create project plans, development schedules, and master build plans 

• Oversee sample builds, including PCBA, mechanical parts, and system-level components 

• Driving materials, tooling, and factory capacity to meet customer demand 

• Manage customer relationships

1.Review 跟客戶報告的各項資料 ex. APR達成狀況,BOM issue, CTB狀況等, 及時highlight異常； 

2.確認客戶新需求達成 (新流程驗證/ 新增產能 ex. 跨廠區產能規劃及轉線等需求)； 

3.針對客戶需求降低成本相關提案, 協調內部評估並執行追蹤； 

4 .能夠擔任各功能PM來處理負責的BOM問題,工程變更需求,制程及標準問題,並能夠跨專案/廠區進行CO/新購資源平衡；

*Type1：AI Project Manager 

Manages AI-focused projects from initial planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and promoting innovation. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, allocating and optimizing resources, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. The role requires proactive problem-solving to address project challenges and mitigate risks while driving effective communication across departments. 

＜Qualifications＞ 

1. Over 5 years of experience in software project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies. 

2. Highly proactive, self-motivated, and accountable. 

3. Willing and able to travel internationally for approximately 1-2 months per year. 

＜Required Skills＞ 

1. Strong understanding of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. 

2. Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.t. 

3. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from different departments and roles and coordinate resources. 

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to swiftly assess complex issues and implement solutions. 

5. Mastery of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

2. Possession of project management certifications such as PMP or Scrum.

*Type 2：AI System Analyst 

Responsible for gathering and analyzing the requirements and contributing to designing, developing, testing, and deploying in all phases of the AI system development project lifecycle, as below： 

1. Collaborate with business data analysts to analyze user requirements and ensure that requirements and acceptance criteria satisfy user needs. 

2. Create a system requirement specification to elaborate on system design, system components/interfaces, and data schema. 

3. Work with the multi-functional engineering team(e.g., data scientist, AI/ML engineer, data engineer, AI software engineer..., etc.) to ensure technical feasibility. 

4. Drive usability and quality of the AI system developed and ensure all system requirements are well implemented. 

5. Work on various enterprise AI system applications and problems, and analyze issues to identify root causes and prevention. 

6. Create the Wireframes(or UI Prototypes) for AI system feature discussion with users and provide them to the UI/UX design team. 

7. Author and update internal documentation; initiate and deliver requirement specification and system analysis/system design documentation. 

＜Required Skills＞ 

1. Practical experience in requirements gathering and analysis and change management 

2. Experience co-working with front-end and back-end system development teams. 

3. Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication, teamwork, and highly collaborative skills. 

4. Experience with Microsoft Visio, Axure RP(or other wireframe tools). 

5. Mastery of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

1. Mastery of QA methodology and problem-solving tools/techniques in software engineering. 

2. Knowledge of AI/Data Science Tech(e.g., Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Statistics, Quantitative modeling techniques).

Account Management Specialists needs co-work with different departments both within Foxconn like Sales, Factory, Finance teams and as well as customer. This role will cover below responsibilities; 

- Responsible from all the communication and information flow between customer and Foxconn includes agreements(NDA, sales agreement etc.) PO, open orders, new vendor creation etc. 

- Need to cowork with Sales team to create quotations for the Tender / Project or any other customer‘s request. 

- Responsible from internal PO and communication with factory PM for the order status, delay, etc 

- Responsible from collection Forecast from the customers and sales teams and update on the system 

- Responsible from Foxconn internal process for order, quotation and forecast management 

- Responsible from building a new team for Account Management both in Vietnam and Taiwan

Quality Management Specialists needs to co-work with R&D team, local FAE teams and 3rd Party Service Center to be able provide good after sales services to our global customers. 

- Responsible from defining the criteria for after sales operation(includes RMA and Call Center) according to needs of the market 

- Responsible from selecting and managing the operation of 3rd Party Service Centers 

- Responsible from following DOA, Failures, Incidents and Product Repairs for each customer and creating reports weekly/monthly bases both internal and external  

- Responsible from communicating with R&D teams and customer to provide complete and on time infomration 

- Responsible from controlling the total cost of After Sales operations for each customer

Manager of the team of Project Managers who are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. 

1. Proven successful track record in Project Management is a must.  

2. People management experience required, preferably in managing a team of Project/Program Managers.

2. 蒐集並分析市場動態,客戶需求與競爭者分析提供未來產品規畫方向與市場策略 

3. 從設計到量產, 持續主導進行產品成本毛利改善 

4. 與客戶與內部業務進行產品的介紹並提供pre-post sales 支援 

5. 協助內部專案組織清楚了解產品目標(產品規格, 專案時程與成本). 

Responsibilities 

• Manage products through their entire lifecycle until product EOL 

• Collect and analyze market dynamic, consumer insights, and competition strategies to make recommendations to management team 

• Co-work with sales force to develop commercial plans including positioning statements, marketing and sales training materials, product specifications to accelerate business growth and achieve sales target. 

• Drive product cost improvement during design and manufacturing stages 

• Present product proposition materials to internal sales force as well as externally and provide pre/post-sales support. 

• Drive internal team to realize the product goal (features, timeline and cost).
