1. 客戶技術問題的對應窗口。  

2. 對量產產品生命中期功能增強提供技術支援及物料驗證 (例如: 新硬件及軟件的驗證)。 

3. 重大客訴品質異常緊急介入，分析RMA不良數據，找出根本原因及給出解決方案。 

4. 工廠生產支援 (物料替代料評估，FW導入及EC發行)。

* 負責雲端Server伺服器的相關工作 

1. DC Power測試計畫／報告撰寫與執行 

2. 替代料及PCN之評估與驗證 

3. 線路圖及Layout圖檢查

Data Center Switch設計開發 

1. 資料中心交換機與DPU網路卡系統架構開發設計與硬體電子電路設計開發 

2. 產品測試驗證計畫執行與客戶認證 

3. 量產導入，處理產品良率分析與改善 

4. 跨部門團隊（PM/製造/品保）協作，確保產品品質與開發交付時程 

5. 協助客戶技術支援與問題排除 

6. 支援海外生產線(越南)相關測試設備架設與優化及自動化導入

1. New project RFx proposal 

2. PCA schematics & layout design and review. 

3. Issue debug and resolution provide 

4. New technology research and implementation.

1. BU/Vendor Engagement & PCN Management 

•Coordinate in vendor’s component samples by BU’s requested for PCN validation. 

•BU validation status and schedule follow up, needs to ensure all PCN be closed on time. 

2. Documentation & Systems Support 

•Prepare and update component qualification reports by each project developing stage, supplier HW/FW changing records, internal CE checklists. 

•Maintain FEP component database accuracy. 

•Support uploading MRR, BOM and compliance certifications (CCF/CCD) in Agile. 

3. Technical support 

•Work closely with CEs and vendors for PTRR review to ensure FEP resilience. Also participate in CE/GSM/Vendor meetings and follow up on action items to ensure FEP readiness milestones are achieved. 

•Engage with CE and vendors for Component Life-Cycle management and 2nd source analysis by different CPNs.

負責產品：車載外包廠品質管理 

1.本地供應鏈含代工廠的開發、評估和稽核（VDA 6.3 +PPAP） 

2.新增Local 物料的承認測試 

3.供應鏈/代工廠的PCN變更所需要材料Qualify和PPAP稽核 

4.協助QA/PQE 對代工廠日常和年度稽核 

5.串接海外RD和生產製造單位，處理各類物料的FA和各種應急出差

(embedded Linux experience acceptable if no prior OpenBMC exposure). 

2.Implement and integrate low-level drivers (U-Boot, Device Tree, Kernel), covering I2C, SPI, PMBus, GPIO, and other interfaces. 

3.Build and maintain BMC sensor monitoring, FRU/SDR tables, fan/power control, and event log systems. 

4.Implement management protocols and firmware update mechanisms (IPMI, Redfish, PLDM, MCTP). 

5.Integrate Secure Boot / TPM / SPDM security frameworks. 

6.If experienced with NVIDIA HGX/DGX/NVSwitch projects, support GPU power/thermal control, firmware updates, and OOB management integration. 

7.Prepare design documents, test plans, mass production support materials, and debug reports.

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Team Leader, who combines technical leadership, system-level thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Operations, and global customers to enable efficient diagnostics, automation, and intelligent data integration. 

Responsibilities 

•Lead the software team to design, develop, and integrate diagnostic software solutions for AI server and storage platforms. 

•Build a unified Diagnostics OS that supports modular and reusable test components across multiple products and customers. 

•Drive automation, standardization, and integration with production lines. 

•Collaborate with R&D and Operations to enable efficient issue diagnosis and resolution throughout the product lifecycle. 

•Develop and maintain automation tools, test scripts, and diagnostic libraries for manufacturing. 

•Define and enforce standard interfaces and log formats for seamless integration with the operation flow. 

•Document diagnostic procedures, APIs, and best practices. 

•Evaluate and adopt new tools or technologies to enhance testing efficiency and data analytics. 

Qualifications 

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to respond quickly to customer and factory issues from different time zones. 

• Solid understanding of server system, AI server architecture, and diagnostics workflows. 

• Experience leading software teams and coordinating with cross-functional teams for global customers. 

• Proficient in software development lifecycle management and quality assurance practices.

4. 需要時與供應商溝通，處理設計相關的問題，確保產品品質。
