The Guest Service Officer is directly responsible for the Switchboard whilst on duty. On a broader scale the Guest Service Center telephone is to beware that as the “voice of the hotel, and at most times the first point of contact with the Hotel, you are to create an impression of efficiency, friendliness and warmth to all callers to the hotel.

工作內容： 

• 酒單內容介紹與推薦  

• 飲品、酒類調製 

• 酒吧庶務工作

•提供顧客專業美容美體按摩服務及相關產品知識及行銷。 

•維持所有中心之操作、包含相關設施功能運作及接受教育訓練。 

•芳療中心日常的整體營運、確認工作區域乾淨衛生且符合飯店標準。 

•完成主管交辦事項, 遵循飯店各項標準。 

•提供芳療技術服務 

•提供美容保養、精油芳療、壓力抒解及養生保健等知識傳達 

•維護良好顧客關係

• 協助房務經理及房務主任，管理房務部的日常運作，確保遵守台北文華東方酒店及文華東方酒店集團的標準和政策。 

• 規劃、組織並領導房務團隊，提高效率，為所有賓客提供傳奇品質體驗。 

• 監督並維持客房的清潔與維護，確保達到頂級奢華酒店的標準。 

• 管理房務用品的庫存和供應，確保存貨充足，同時控制成本。 

• 培訓並指導房務同仁，提升服務品質和專業技能。 

• 確保衛生、安全和環保政策的實施，遵守酒店和相關法規的標準。 

• 專業地處理賓客投訴，提供迅速且有效的解決方案，以提升賓客滿意度。 

• 與其他部門協調合作，確保酒店運營順暢，優化賓客體驗。 

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Supervisor in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring adherence to the standards and policies of Mandarin Oriental, Taipei and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. 

• Plan, organize, and lead the housekeeping team to enhance efficiency and deliver a Legendary Quality Experience to all guests. 

• Supervise and maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, ensuring they meet the standards of a top-tier luxury hotel. 

• Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies, ensuring sufficient stock while maintaining cost control. 

• Train and guide housekeeping colleagues, enhancing service quality and professional skills. 

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and environmental policies are implemented and followed, complying with hotel and regulatory standards. 

• Handle guest complaints professionally, providing prompt and effective solutions to enhance guest satisfaction. 

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and optimize the guest experience.

•Provide professional support to the Kitchen 

•Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service, according to the standards required by the management.  

•Take any note on new recipes, new procedures, keep his learning process going at all times to improve his professional knowledge.

• Assist in overseeing the effective and efficient operation of Reception which include room management, registration, cashiering.  

• Excel in delivering Legendary Quality Experience to guests. 

• To provide a courteous and professional service following at all times. 

• Ensure full knowledge and understand of LQE is delivered to the gussets at all times.  

• Assist in providing exceptional service through the phone. 

• To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues, and all other departments. 

• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel‘s policy relating to fire, hygiene health and safety 

• To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

•小型製冰機每月清洗。  

•提供住客所需服務，備品的遞送，客房清潔 

•主管交辦事項。 

•另有大夜津貼(NT$ 250/次)。 

『前三個月須先在早晚班受訓，待評估能獨立作業後才會安排在夜間值班』

•向央廚領取魚肉類並且確認廚房間的轉帳是否正確 

•記錄新的食譜、新的程序並且透過學習去提升自己的專業能力 

•完成主管交代的的工作並協助其他單位或區域 

•參加所有教育訓練，維持所有的程序及基本工作一致性，並透過協助主管同時提升自己的專業知識 

•執行每季、每兩年或是每年的營業器具盤點 

•執行被賦予的責任及合理的任務 

• 依照食品安全衛生管理規章標準，於廚房執行高標準的食材準備工作。  

• 協助整體廚房相關事宜，掌握食物的品質

1. 負責大夜班客房點餐及早餐備餐相關事宜。 

2. 確保食材品質及衛生符合標準，並適時提供建議及協助教育訓練。 

3. 製作餐點並負責餐期前的備料及出餐流程。 

4. 配合主管安排及協助廚務相關工作。 

5. 準備營業期間點菜及宴會所需菜餚，確保供應順暢。 

6. 確保食品符合衛生管理規範，並維護工作區域整潔。

時薪 200 元 (長期PT 會依工作表現調整薪資) 

• 協助客房清潔之前處理作業 

1. 收拾客房垃圾 

2. 拆收使用過的床單與毛巾 

3. 願意學習鋪床技能 

4. 客房飲用水補充(每房六瓶) 

5. 工作後環境清潔與善後 

時薪 220 ( 或NT 220 / 點 (間)) 

• 有星級旅館房務員工作經驗 

•能獨立清潔一間客房 (需遵守酒店的清潔標準，不草率敷衍了事) 

•Minibar 入帳與補貨 

•維護及保持良好的工作環境  

• 維持備品室之整齊清潔 •.向樓層主管報告所有破損物品及設備 

•初期認識客房及學習期間，採時薪計，待能獨立作業後，以點數計 (客房有大小之分，分別為1 ~3 點不等。

• To implement service standards and procedures to ensure that they are achieved and followed by proper training, supervision and control.  

• To be constantly on the lookout for ways and means to improve the smooth running of the Restaurant.  

• To communicate and present a positive attitude to provide leadership to all staff in order to attain all desired goals.

The Oriental Lounge Officer will meet and exceed guest expectations by providing efficient and courteous Oriental Lounge service in accordance with Legendary Quality Experiences. 

• To provide extensive add-valued Oriental Lounge service throughout the day 

• To maintain Oriental Lounge in the best condition with best ambience at all time  

• To set up and maintain food and beverage items in accordance with MOHG standards and HACCP 

• To provide quality service with colleagues to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout the guest’s experience 

• To arrange fulfillment of guest services by working with the Concierge, Housekeeping, PABX, Reservations and any other Departments when/as needed 

• To perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Lounge Floor Manager
