語言津貼： 

1.TOEIC700分以上(二年內有效證明)=$1000/月；

津貼補助每月最高可領至$3000

需要提供給全日廚房專業支援如下: 

•必須與主管間保持緊密的互動，協助確認每天採購食材的品質 

•確認冰箱是確認清理乾淨的，並且準備配置當天工作區域 

•協同餐務一起清潔公共區域，確認私人的衛生管理清潔也要做好 

•確認所有的生產的產品已經傳遞出去，如果有發生短缺問題要立刻通知主管，並且確認生產的產品是否有達到標準的品質要求 

•當Chef de Partie休假時，即為期職務代理人，負擔起該有的責任 

Provide professional support to the Café UDT Kitchen in the following: 

•Work closely with his supervisor department head on determining the quantity of food purchased. 

•Check that all the refrigerators are cleaned, set-up the work station for the day. 

•Check and involves steward department in general cleanliness sanitation and staff personal cleanliness and hygiene. 

•To ensure that all the products have been delivered and to inform his supervisor of any short delivery and also to check if any products are not the standard of quality required. 

•In the absence of Chef de Partie, takes over and fully in charge of the department at any time required.

•確認工作區域一直處於乾淨的環境之下。向驗收領取魚肉類並且確認廚房間的轉帳是否正確 

•記錄新的食譜、新的程序並且透過學習去提升自己的專業能力 

•完成主管交代的的工作並協助其他單位或區域 

•參加所有教育訓練，維持所有的程序及基本工作一致性，並透過協助主管同時提升自己的專業知識 

•To ensure that the working area is clean at all the time. To collect fish and meat from receiving and to check that all the inter kitchen transfers correspond to the requirements. 

•Take any note on new recipes, new procedures, keep his learning process going at all times to improve his professional knowledge. 

•Perform any general duties as defined by his supervisor and help in any other department or section in the kitchen. 

•Attend any training sessions and always strives to keep abreast of any procedures and general works on upgrading his general knowledge with the help of his supervisor.

店內提供華麗風格與種類豐富的西式甜點販售服務，商品包含各式精緻糕點、手工麵包、甜品、以及巧克力等。

The Room Attendant is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the assigned guestrooms, guest floor hallway and service areas.  

The work schedule is flexible and is cover both morning and evening shift.  

上班時間(須配合單位營運輪班)： 

• 日班: 9:00-17:30 

• 晚班: 14:30-23:00

•Ensure highest standard of cleaning in assigned areas. 

•Supervise turndown service and Responsible for strict key control. 

•Inspect regularly guestroom corridors and public areas. 

•Report maintenance issues promptly to Engineering. 

•Prevent and resolve guest complaints. 

•Responsible for the daily processing of guest rooms cleaning by Room Attendant. 

•Ensuring that rooms are cleaned and ready for guest arrival. 

•Responsible for the conduct of the Room Attendants and House Attendants on the guest floors. 

•To ensure the maximum efficiency of performance from all subordinates. 

•Responsible for the training and education of new colleagues.

• Answer all telephone calls coming into the Housekeeping office. 

• Coordinate and distribute guest requests and ensure they are addressed. 

• Manage early arrivals/VIPs’ special requests by continuously providing update for Housekeeping Managers on priority of rooms needed 

• Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met. 

• Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisor.

• Assist in overseeing the effective and efficient operation of Reception which include room management, registration, cashiering. Excel in delivering Legendary Quality Experience to guests. 

• Attend to all feedbacks/comments from guest and transmit them to the departments concerned and ensure that corrective actions are taken immediately. 

• Ensure full knowledge and understand of LQE is delivered to the gussets at all times. 

• Check group room allocation, and other special request for groups. 

• Read through arrival report and see to all guests’ requests and needs according to MOHG established service by guest categories standards. 

• Supervise and conduct on the job training to all new officers. 

• Manage room control, monitor availability and efficient release of rooms for arrival guests 

• To perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Duty Manager.

• 遞送迎賓贈禮至客房 

• 負責客房的餐飲相關需求（ 點餐、送餐及收餐） 

• 送餐前準備和餐後餐具擦拭、整理 

• 文書處理如結帳、對帳及印報表 

• 協助客房的餐飲相關需求並提供有效的解決方式 

• 具備餐飲方面的相關知識 

• 在合理的時間範圍內將餐點準時送至客房 

• 接聽電話點餐並有效率地與廚房聯繫及取餐 

• 確保餐點的品質及餐前的擺設
