• 規劃、組織並領導房務團隊，提高效率，為所有賓客提供傳奇品質體驗。 

• 監督並維持客房的清潔與維護，確保達到頂級奢華酒店的標準。 

• 管理房務用品的庫存和供應，確保存貨充足，同時控制成本。 

• 培訓並指導房務同仁，提升服務品質和專業技能。 

• 確保衛生、安全和環保政策的實施，遵守酒店和相關法規的標準。 

• 專業地處理賓客投訴，提供迅速且有效的解決方案，以提升賓客滿意度。 

• 與其他部門協調合作，確保酒店運營順暢，優化賓客體驗。 

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Supervisor in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring adherence to the standards and policies of Mandarin Oriental, Taipei and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. 

• Plan, organize, and lead the housekeeping team to enhance efficiency and deliver a Legendary Quality Experience to all guests. 

• Supervise and maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, ensuring they meet the standards of a top-tier luxury hotel. 

• Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies, ensuring sufficient stock while maintaining cost control. 

• Train and guide housekeeping colleagues, enhancing service quality and professional skills. 

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and environmental policies are implemented and followed, complying with hotel and regulatory standards. 

• Handle guest complaints professionally, providing prompt and effective solutions to enhance guest satisfaction. 

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and optimize the guest experience.

工作內容： 

•Possess extensive knowledge of food and beverage in order to assist guests with suggestions and up sell our products, including liquors and cocktails. 

•Support company‘s philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars and Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement. 

•To ensure that the Fire Life Health Safety and Security company standards and HACCP Standards are maintained and carried out. They must be monitored regularly to assist in scoring 100％ on the MOHG health and safety audit. 

•To consistently achieve the service and product delivery standards with a high degree of client care and service at all time. 

•To maintain and order all the store requisitions. 

•Log in any information about special requirements, preferences from the guests and use it to give the special touch to the service. 

•Update the Hotel occupancy. 

•To maintain all information about VIP and group arrival. 

•Responsible for cash float and cashiering. 

•To ensure that all in-house VIP‘s list and amenities are registered and any relevant information is discussed. 

•To liaise with Front Office regarding flow of the guests rooms. 

•To be fully inform and be aware about all information connecting to Food and Beverage outlets and Mandarin Oriental Taipei/Group generally. 

•To carry out daily, weekly and monthly inventory. 

•To overview and control the room‘s order flow by updating the traffic chart board. 

•To maintain all Hotel‘s assets. 

•To correctly put the orders in the POS.

• Assist in overseeing the effective and efficient operation of Reception which include room management, registration, cashiering. Excel in delivering Legendary Quality Experience to guests. 

• Attend to all feedbacks/comments from guest and transmit them to the departments concerned and ensure that corrective actions are taken immediately. 

• Ensure full knowledge and understand of LQE is delivered to the gussets at all times. 

• Check group room allocation, and other special request for groups. 

• Read through arrival report and see to all guests’ requests and needs according to MOHG established service by guest categories standards. 

• Supervise and conduct on the job training to all new officers. 

• Manage room control, monitor availability and efficient release of rooms for arrival guests 

• To perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Duty Manager.
