The Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager will cover and manage the spa, pool, and gym daily operation, handle guest complaints by themselves, and assist the Director of Spa & Wellness / Spa & Wellness manager with supervising, managing, and growing all recreation staff. Plume& BQT/IRD Kitchen Kitchen Chef de Cuisine manages and oversees the assigned Plume&BQT/IRD’s food concept, quality, and operations of the kitchen. The Individual is also responsible for developing innovative menu concepts and constantly improving the quality and dining experience for the guests. 

1. Direct and lead the daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with all F&B policies, standards, and procedures. Ensures that the assigned Kitchen is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times. 

2. To strictly adhere to the established operating expenses and ensure that all costs are controlled while maintaining the quality, and standards and meeting the guests‘ expectations daily.

-Oversee daily spa, fitness, and wellness operations, ensuring the highest standards of service quality, cleanliness, and safety are maintained. 

-Lead, coach, and inspire the Spa & Wellness team, fostering a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous development. 

-Design and implement holistic wellness offerings, including signature treatments, fitness programs, and wellness journeys tailored to market trends and guest expectations. 

-Ensure all Spa & Wellness services are delivered in accordance with Mandarin Oriental’s luxury standards, values, and operational guidelines. 

-Monitor guest feedback, proactively resolve concerns, and continuously enhance service delivery to achieve high satisfaction and loyalty. 

-Partner with Rooms, F&B, Marketing, and Sales teams to create integrated guest experiences and maximize spa utilization and revenue. 

-Ensure compliance with all hygiene, health, and safety standards while promoting a culture of wellbeing for both guests and colleagues.
